    Gosh, I feel like the whole world needs to do Yoga with Tim. I've done yoga for almost 20 years and you are the first teacher to ever talk about the pelvic floor in such a knowledgable, holistic, and approachable way. I'm consistently amazed and grateful for these classes.

    Thank you Tim, I'm a daily as I was a little sick yesterday. This was just what I needed to get everything moving comfortably. What I love about yoga is the Relationship between all the body parts as you move. Many instructors talk about what's going on at the pelvis but you are the only person that I have found to talk about rib mobility. Thank you so much for that!

    The downward facing dog is a nice move, I am going to recommend this to friends who have back issues but seem to resist yoga. My back is feeling really nice after this session, great way to start the day. Thanks Tim and Ollie 🙂

    I hurt my back yesterday while doing exercise, it was quite bad and had to use a tens machine and take anti-inflammatory medication. Today I was feeling slightly better but, after your video I feel almost like nothing happened! I'm so impressed!!! Thank you!!!!

    With two spinal surgeries in my lower back, this one was like heaven for my lower back. The modified dog pose - soooo nice!

    Thank you Tim. As someone with multiple spinal issues, I am so grateful for this. I'm also always looking for new ways to move in my practice. On a side note, I am 7 modules into my ytt course! So excited and looking forward to teaching others who doubt their ability to practice yoga. If I can do it, anybody can! Thanks again Tim 🙏🏼

    I don't have back pain but I do have tired muscles from training/running so I really felt the benefits especially in the side body stretches. I will definitely come back to this. I am also enjoying going back to Day 10 and 12. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. It's helping me so much!

    Some interesting exercises to try. I think most of us struggle with back issues, especially post-age 40. Interesting to know the back can benefit from movement after a strain or pull. Thanks for the tips Tim.

    It's amazing to stay longer in some poses as you can feel the body just slowly relaxing and releasing into the pose, twitching and trying to find harmony. Thank you

    Thank you for sharing this therapeutic movement! I tweaked my back on the second day of the challenge (it turns out my body is not a fan of jumping right into a yoga practice straight out of bed), so on what should have been day 3, I did your previous yoga for back pain video instead. After that, I felt much better, and was feeling good enough the next day to rejoin this January challenge.

    This was exactly what I needed today after removing the bathroom and carrying all the tiles and wall parts down the stairs this weekend, hell of a job🥴🙈it really helps easing my back, feels much better now, thank you 🙏

    I don't have back problems, fortunately, but I enjoyed the stretches. I was glad to hear you were linking to a hip strengthening class, but did not see the link - did I just miss it? I saw the links for the savasanas - love the guided one - but not the hips. Thanks for all you've given me and my 68 year old body!

    Cool video, I'll come back to this on bad back days for sure. I was wondering for breathing during these poses is it better to be breathing ojjayi (in through the nose out through the nose) or like how you demonstrated around 1:55 for the first pose.

    Hi Tim, the stretch for the psoas starting around 13 1/2 minutes didn't feel like it really got into those muscles. What should I adjust? Thanks

      Hey Susan. Thanks for your question. Focus more on the pelvic tilt with your hip exactly over your bottom knee, and engage the glute to put the psoas on stretch, along with the neutral ribcage position. If that doesn't work then translate the pelvis forward 1-2 inches maintaining the posterior tilt on the pelvis and neural ribcage.     I've never really exercised before and definitely not in a guided way like this. I always laughed at people who said they cursed their fitness class instructors. Forgive me, Tim.
