Best Way to Grip a Band for Rowing

  • If you want to make your mid-back work harder with band rowing, you should apply this type of grip.
    Fortunately with when training with a continuous looped band that does not have permanently attached handles, this grip is automatic.
    Listen up and try it for yourself. Your mid-back and lats will light up on the first set. :)

    Perfect, of course. To explicitly connect with the mid-back musculature it disengages the bicep component (largely) that an over grip would otherwise dominate…particularly with individual bands.
