Dangle Bentover Rowing Variations

  • When I want to train my trunk and hip stabilization with my rowing workout, I go to dangle bentover rows.
    Attach a band to a kettlebell and elevate yourself on a bench. Split you stance and change up which side of you put the kettlebell while performing bentover row.
    I like 10 reps per set as I alternate sides for 10 total sets.

    Dave is that a purple band or some other strap you're using here? It'd be nice if you specified what you're using in your videos to nullify the need to keep asking! LOL
