3 Reframing Techniques to Improve Your Therapeutic Success Rate

There are many ways to deliver a reframe, but there are 3 principles I always keep in mind when delivering reframes with my clients.
When I use these 3 techniques I find they provide powerful new ways of seeing and can transform how our clients live.

Hello Mark, thank you for your video and insight. I am a counselor in training and will be utilizing reframing techniques in my next session for the first time. I appreciate your explanation of opening the attention gate, it is not something I have been taught and I feel like it will work well with my client. However, subtlety in our suggestions to clients always seemed important to me; how might i introduce subtlety into the ostentatious nature of opening the attention gate?
