Which is why your PC needs to be a small nuclear power plant to run it. And as someone who admires tornado science and lives in the midsouth of the USA where we get a twister every Tuesday, the game's existence brings me joy.

Man the difference between Outbrk and Storm Chasers is really like the difference between actually storm chasing and Twisters. Though I will say the lack of storm chasing etiquette exists in both games.
Storm chasers deserves so much more love then outbrk. outbrk was developed by two and a team using fund raising for over like 7 years of development vs storm chasers being a single dude and I'm pretty sure way less then 7 years or so

I believe both games can be fun but in my case, I enjoy the more moderately realistic feeling. As an actual storm chasing hobbyist, sometimes I just like to chase storms without having to do the 12 or more hours of driving often required for chases. But I also have a love for the goofy nature of storm chasers. Definitely not a bad game for a single dev project.

For the realistic weather radar thingy in OUTBRK, real tornados usually form near the edges of storms not in the middle. You should be able to see them on the map they'll look like hooks or boots near the edges of a storm. IF it's accurate anyway
