Billy thought it was a cool name, Billy Idle as a punk name, but went with Billy Idol. Steve Stevens, guitarist, is a grammy winner for soundtrack to Top Gun. A few concerts Steve Stevens couldn't make, it takes 2-3 guitarists to play what Steve can do by himself.

Years before I knew what a great guitar player was, I loved Steve for his stage presence and ability to pull sounds out of his guitar that I had never heard before.
