    Hello Doctor,
10 days ago, I overexerted my right side while hanging laundry. The pain was very intense on the first day but has gradually decreased over time. The pain radiates more to the upper part of my hip and down my right leg, and it feels like there's muscle tightness in my right hip. My other hip feels softer and lighter when I shake it.

It sounds like you are having some back problems that are moving into your hip and down your IT band.
