Love how your cues are always just enough throughout the practice and the soothing background music is at the perfect level to be peaceful without being too distracting or overpowering. I have been doing your routines at home since we were closed in during the bad Covid times.. Taking Yoga classes for years it has helped me maintain good mobility despite the arthritis I have, now in my lower back area. I dont know if you would ever read this, but I was just going through a nervous system shutdown, basically like a depressive episode except I'm not depressed, just done with everything, so I've been watching Netflix for 2 days. I do have a daily stretching habit and my body started feeling an urge, so I did one of your morning yoga videos, and it absolutely blew my mind. The contrast in my mental states before and after the practice is insane. There is something so grounding about your videos in particular, and it raised my awareness to a point in which I can no longer just sit there and mindlessly consume a series. I feel introspective. I am just looking out the window. I want more from life. I remember now that this used to happen in the past. I struggled psychologically, but the practice would sorta make me more tuned in with myself, and even uncomfortable to a certain degree. I am doing it tomorrow!! Thank you for being a part of my slow transformation ❤
