    Wake up with this 20 minute full body Morning Yoga Flow to stretch your neck, shoulders, back, chest, hip flexors, hamstrings & glutes. This is the Sun B flow from the full length 45 minute RISE Class in the SarahBethYoga APP. You’ll set an intention and loosen up your neck, shoulders and spine before setting up your Sun B flow with longer ~3 breath holds, then repeating 1 breath 1 movement. You'll finish in savasana with a nice banana stretch before sealing the practice off with a namaste. Enjoy!

    Ohhh girrrl 🤣 I will certainly say that last part of the stretch when you said "move your left foot to the left corner of your mat, and put your right leg 🦵🏾 over and inch your upper body to the left corner of the mat... Hunnie!!! Let's just say @sarahbethyoga it's the little things that make a huge difference. No matter how long I haven't stopped by to do a workout I will say you always, ALWAYS drop some 💎 gems in your 🧘🏿‍♀️ routine 💜 thanks queen 👑 keep it coming 🙌🏾😁

    Beautiful flow! Loved the stretches and flow going through different warrior poses. Made me feel disciplined and confident in my practice. Love how your cues are always just enough throughout the practice and the soothing background music is at the perfect level to be peaceful without being too distracting or overpowering. Thank you so much for this!

    I have been doing your routines at home since we were closed in during the bad Covid times.. Taking Yoga classes for years it has helped me maintain good mobility despite the arthritis I have, now in my lower back area. The morning yoga routines absolutely helps me start my day and prevents injuries at work…Thanks Sarabeth!

    I dont know if you would ever read this, but I was just going through a nervous system shutdown, basically like a depressive episode except I'm not depressed, just done with everything, so I've been watching Netflix for 2 days. I do have a daily stretching habit and my body started feeling an urge, so I did one of your morning yoga videos, and it absolutely blew my mind. The contrast in my mental states before and after the practice is insane. There is something so grounding about your videos in particular, and it raised my awareness to a point in which I can no longer just sit there and mindlessly consume a series. I feel introspective. I am just looking out the window. I want more from life. I remember now that this used to happen in the past. I struggled psychologically, but the practice would sorta make me more tuned in with myself, and even uncomfortable to a certain degree. I am doing it tomorrow!! Thank you for being a part of my slow transformation ❤
