I love that the instructions are separate! I can’t watch others videos because they’re too chatty but also, they’re hard breathing and short of breath while they’re giving instructions, that’s so distracting for me! Sarahs videos are perfect!!

This is the most amazing sequence. I can wake up with a stiff lower back, so much that the first childs post is hard. By then end, I’m totally flexible and ready to start my day. Highly recommend for the morning! Tks Sarah Beth, never disappoint.
I know I'm finding the right videos for me when I wanna quit 2 minutes before the video ends. I say to myself, "I'm done", I check how much time is left and realize I can't stop now. I get some water and breath for a couple of minutes and finish. Doing this after working all day is humbling at first, but always rewarding in the end. I can actually feel the stretch in my toes up to my fingers.
I've been searching around for a while on RUclips for yoga routines that fit my lifestyle. You're the best out there. I agree about not having all that chatter and wasted time in the beginning of the video. You get right down to it. I'm a huge fan!

Sometimes with the shorter yoga routines that you find online I feel like all you really end up doing are a few disconnected stretches... but with this routine you really get into a flow, which I appreciate. Feels like she effortlessly finds a way to include a lot into a shorter routine. I added this one to my list.

4/21/2024. Sunday. Sometimes it is SO HARD to get on your mat. Depression, grief, and a loss of well-being fool you into believing you cannot do it. The irony is that it is getting on the mat that helps, that heals. Today I am grateful I got on the mat. As always, I am appreciative, Sara Beth.

This is one of my favorites recently. I 've been following SarahBethYoga for years and I love her workout routines, flows, and stretches. Recently I've been treating my endometriosis and I've found that even gentle yoga workouts and flows can affect my condition. But this video, along with some more flexibility and mobility videos don't hurt. That's why I've been doing a lot of these videos recently.
This might be my favorite yoga video yet. A nice balance of energizing and calming/stretching for me. I could feel a change in my child’s pose between beginning and end.

This had great heart openers for Valentine's Day... I practiced this equence all the way through with my eyes closed the whole time. It was wonderful even more so then when I practice it with my eyes open. I highly recommend for any one that has great balance and is looking for a huge bodily experience.

I've searched and followed many different yoga videos on YT.....I'm still rather new to this! But following your class and watching your movements...? When you mention graceful movements, like a dance between poses....POW! Like a light bulb going off!! For the first time, I think I am actually understanding yoga a little more! I really enjoyed the half camel pose thrown into the flow! It felt great on my psoas. Might even be a good addition to the slower routines you have to get a slightly longer stretch on it. Another fantastic yoga video - you're the best! Thank you :)

Really great ... I do it twice a week first thing and feel better all day. Have chronic stiff middle back from office work (and carrying a 1 year old up the stairs!) and it just unravels it like no other routine I’ve found. It’s all the great backward bends. Since I like this routine so much, it’s good Sarah doesn’t chatter too much and just focused on the yoga... it would get annoying if the same comments / jokes would get repeated every time I did it! Thanks Sarah!
This is the best online yoga, possibly better than going to a yoga studio. I now believe that 30 mins a day is better than 1.5 hrs once or twice a week
I have been doing your workouts for over a year, and I love each one. But I have to comment this time because I woke up in pain (combo of a serious disease, and muscle soreness from yesterday’s workouts), especially back pain, and this workout was exactly what I needed! My whole body has felt better since doing this, and I feel more energized as well. Thank you! I’m so thankful for all of your videos!
