Its not a hood bra. It is a hood delfector from AVS. I got it off amazon and this hood deflector in particular will only fit 2012-2015 9th gen civic/civic si sedans and 2012-2013 civic coupe.
I bought my UAE bumper used from a another owner, but here's a link from TNA Auto that I've came across a few times. Have never ordered from then so not sure how the fitment is on this particular bumper though. Oh and would also like to mention that the 2013-2015 Civic Sedan front grill will not fit on the UAE bumper. You'll need to run a 2012 civic sedan grill or UAE specific grill.

It will only fit the 12-13 Coupe. You'll have to run the 2012 Civic Si sedan grill also.
Does this go for the 2013 Si Sedan as well as far as plug and play?
Yes. This will fit the 2013-2015 Civic/Civic Si Sedans.
