      Mark Kim ikr, these vlogs are so raw or something it just reminds me of my first memories when I used to live in Korea. The weather and the darkened lighting (especially with the with sunshafts breaking through cloud cover), architecture, skyscrapers constantly under construction, and densely packed urban cities lined with brick pathways just reminds me so much of my first six years of life in Seoul. The trash too, that was actually a common sight across these little alleyways. I think I can even remember how the air smelled during the night.

      You know research and meta analysis literally no sign of tendon harm while using a high bar ATG squats rather it is beneficial for full force production and help the Tendons strengthen way more

      @@Test-zd4mp but that's more from hard training cycles -- doing heavy atg squats in the 1-5 rep range multiple times a week. Along with possible PED use which increases muscle recovery, making them develop faster than the tendons and ligaments.

    I was stationed in South Korea from 2007 to 2008... An experience I will never forget. Especially working with Korean Firefighters the entire time. A beautiful country and a wonderful culture. Awesome to see you out there.

      Squat 5x5 heavy every day for 4 days then take one day off and repeat. This is actually what he did for a while according to an interview article I saw from ATG I believe
