Love watching your videos, Clarence you are a great inspiration to me and whenever I feel low and don't wanna hit the gym. A quick video of you makes me wanna hit the squat rack again. What I really wanted to ask was how does someone who is a vegan get food poisoning?
he will answer better than me, but remember most food poisoning comes from people not washing their hands. so you eat out somewhere, you get the veg dish, but someone handled your food or utensils or something and was sick or didn't wash their hands after using the bathroom.
also rice for example can definitely go bad quite quickly. bacteria and so on living in it. so if you leave it too many days or don't refrigerate properly, or freeze and defrost and refreeze and so on, you can get sick.
I was in the Philippines before this, not the most hygienic place
That makes sense, I thought food poisoning was only from poorly handled/cooked meats.

@@user-pf8hw7uh9z Sleeping in tents, hammocks, cars, hostels, airbnb (starting with cheapest and expensive last), getting to know people who can take you to nice places in their cars, working every now and then, if you have work rights, working abroad can be loads of fun, cooking yourself on camp stoves or hostels, instead of eating out all the time. Im sure the list could go on

Thanks for the video guys. Are you sure you calculated the weights right ? On your back squats you write 230 but i can't match the plates with this weight. It seems the large plates are 25, the medium 15 and the outer smaller ones 10, That would make 270kg instead of 230. And it would make more sense to see you struggle on the 5th rep at this weight.
