Really insightful video! The consistency cheat code is one that I'm taking away from here as I tend to drift into trying too many "new" things in my workouts and not focusing on the fundamentals. Thanks for sharing, Dan!

Enjoy your content Dan, its nice to find someone of a similar age to me (I am 40) who has made such a big lifestyle chance. I'm well on the way and your videos are helping too.
As a side point, I used to work shift work and now (thankfully) work 9 to 5 regular hours. It has been so helpful to be able to find a routine for eating, sleeping, gym and running.
