    3 - no food 3h before bed
    2 - no liquids 2h before bed
    1 - no bluelight exposure 1h before bed

    On the subject of drinking right before bed:
    What works well for me is just a single swallow of water before bed. It fulfills that need for drinking right before bed while also not being a significant amount to really mess with my nocturia, which is something I never experienced until the last few years. It's been an adjustment.

    another helpful video. Never thought about drinks, but I bet if I not only stopped eating but limited myself to only water 3hr before bed that'd help me. Soda, juice, alcohol all probably force the body to digest while water does not.

    I need to drink water to take meds at bedtime. Can I take the meds 3 hours before bedtime?😮
