Great video! 👍I agree with you and apply all the points, (except the ring.) & a noise maker is essential for me, yet, I recently replaced mine with an air purifier so I could get quality air while I sleep to ensure I breath out of my nose. I have struggled with sleep for years, and a few things that also helped me was; 1. I stopped drinking alchohol. It just disrupts everything! 2. Stopped drinking water hours before bedtime. (I was getting up 4 times in the middle of the night)
    3. Sleeping in separate rooms from your partner/spouse. Research says, sleeping patterns of your significant other can cause you lack of sleep. 4. Checking hormone levels. As a women of middle age. Low progesterone can cause lack of sleep.

I absolutely LOVE my Oura. I didn’t realize how much eating too late at night, even if it’s healthy, will elevate my heart rate for a very long time. I now try to finish eating 3hrs before I go to sleep.

There's also an air purifier and supplements like magnesium that help as well.

Awesome video! I suffer sleep apnea and one of the first challenges was the open mouth. The VA gave me a chin strap to use with my CPAP mask and after a couple of weeks it took care of itself! Great tips!!
