    Thank you for sharing this great video. I have been doing water walking in our pool after my normal morning walk with friends, I’m up to 20 minutes pool walking but want to add in more resistance training also and my husband said this morning he would like to join me in the evening, YAY, so this is perfect for senior beginners!

    Great Video 👍 Thank You For Creating This. My 85 Year Young Grandma And I Have Started Going To The Aquatic Center And We Needed Some Exercises To Do. She's Trying To Gain Some Strength 😊
