    I have NEVER been strong in my abs. That's why I decided to do this video 3 - 5 times per week for the last 3 months. The results are great! My abdomen and arms are significantly more toned. My boyfriend noticed a line down the middle of my abdomen! My shoulders and arms look way better in my dresses and tank tops. I've only lost about 5 lbs but that's because I need to change my diet and add more cardio. Overall, I'm very happy with the results and am continuing with this video and other Boho workouts!

    These workouts are great. I actually look forward to doing them. There is a fine line between too hard and too easy. Too hard and you just give up, too easy makes you ask "what's the point?"- and thus give up also. The 10 minute length on most of your pilates workouts are perfect. Any longer and I just wouldn't put in the time. Somehow you've struck the perfect balance, as even after a 10 minute workout I can feel pain in my muscles the next day, which makes me feel I accomplished something. Plus the production value of the videos, your calm voice and the lovely backgrounds make it an added treat to follow your workouts. Thank you so much, keep them coming!

    When I seen this I was like ok a good ab workout nice and easy
    BUT THEN I started doing it
    It’s the first yoga workout I couldn’t finish!!!
    Definitely feel really good after it though,I got to 10 minutes

    I primarily do Yoga With Adriene Videos but recently, I have not been feeling the burn as much anymore. My mom recommended this video to me saying it was rlly good and i went into it expecting the ease I have become accustomed to. I was very wrong. This amazing practice works everything I want to be worked: my core, my arms, and especially my mind. I have been doing this video nearly everyday for about 2 weeks now, and it has gotten easier but there are times still when I have to take breaks. It's really intense! The first time i did it, i just sat there afterward laughing to myself (a little hysterically ngl) because I hadnt felt that challenge in such a long time and i missed it. I thought I was strong (and i am, dont get me wrong) but this video was humbling, and it showed me i still have much to achieve and more room to grow.
    You have my sincerest gratitude and deepest thanks for this wonderful, challenging, humbling and even confidence-instilling video.

      You need to focus your strength and energy into your arms to hold yourself up. You might be feelin it in your shoulders because you let yourself slouch in plank position without realizing it

      @@elisabethkz7590 Focus more on your breathing. When you're doing intense exercise you may trigger some anxiety unintentionally because you forget to breath properly. Once you're aware of how you're breathing and can take deep breaths in and out you will be able to get through the exercises easily. Just a matter of mindfulness practice

      Try doing this in front of a mirror. It feels a little silly, but it's a great way to make sure you are staying in the proper poses

    This was one of the toughest workouts I've ever done!! I had to pause multiple times through out the video. A good thing about this workout is that it requires your arm strength as well which gives me an excuse to work more on my arms. Thank you for another great video! I can't wait to build up myself and master this workout.

Thank you for another amazing video, this was really hard, I was sweating so much during the workout - which I love :) I am going to be so sore tomorrow, my muscles will need some time to relax, so I will probably do one of your yoga videos tomorrow. For me, your yin yoga videos work really well, they help my back and my hips a lot to loosen up. This location in the video is spectacular and the music just matches the moves perfectly.     This is one of my favorite core workout from boho beautiful. My core muscles look and feel so much tighter after just the first time. I’ve done this workout for at least five times now and I feel so much stronger. I went from having to pause after every singe exercise to pausing only once. The progress I have made is so satisfying which makes this workout so addictive. Thank you girl!! ❤️ Btw I just can’t say how much I love the music. It feels like dream. Perfect.

    I want to thank you for giving me the inner strength and courage to train harder than I ever would have in the gym. Your gentle and patient approach to fitness has allowed me to transform my body little by little every day. So far I have gone from 270 pounds to 170 and then to 177 thanks in part to the muscle-building workouts you put out. Still working on becoming flexible and designing a proper diet plan that won't break my bank account but that will take some more time as all things usually do. Much love to you.     Everytime I plan on doing this one through, I‘m afraid😭😅 because this is still one of your thoughest workouts.

      I have it as well, and after a few opposite knee to elbows click is gone. I guess maybe because they were not warm enough because of sitting all day :/
