This stuff helps my shoulders a ton. Pay attention and do it right at the beginning so you don't have to pay a ton for physical therapy later on lol!

Matt on the standing single rear delt reverse fly with the band are you retracting your scapulas together first then moving your arm out to the side?
Or move your arm out then retract and contract your scapulas? Everytime I do these with cables or bands it hurts my front delt and I make sure I'm not using traps and my shoulder is down so I don't know what's going on thanks and still with the hand technique you said my back is doing all the work

You mentioned when you do face pulls with bands that you want to have a hook grip and nothing tight (not squeezing the band). Should you treat the grip the same way when you're doing delt flys or does it matter?

@@mattc4266 not everyone can do them. i cant. in fact, i pulled a tendon just trying to do one pullup after a long long LONG time of not using those muscles. that was 10 weeks ago and still feeling that pain, barely getting back into it and hope i recover from that. i dont think most people are ready for any pullups with the weakness that they have these days, myself included.
