This has been memorized in my head since 2016 and it took me a few years to learn your style of squatting, stuff like decompression, front vs. back ratio, modifying the bench grip etc. The journey has been a wild one but I am grateful that I have remained loyal to conjugate and MW!

I'm finding that Wenning Warm Ups are a game changer for me. I wasn't athletic as a teen so I never built a broad base of motor unit patterns: which I am now doing with These Warm ups. My legs tend to respond best in general...since I spent my childhood putting 100s of hours in on a bicycle. I believe Wenning Warm Ups will result in more generally responsive muscle over time.

I have low back issues every time I train heavier with squats and deadlifts lifts.
Is it ok to do just belt squats and figure something else out for deadlifts? It’s an old injury just exacerbates with heavier loads
I have a pelvic tilt and I favor my left side a lot. Believe my hips are the problem , not sure what to do I love to train squat bench and deadlifts but unfortunately I don’t think that’s in the question anymore

On the topic of 2-3 accessories and doing your full workout in around an hour, this is something I've heard a lot from you and Louie and other Westside guys for obvious reasons
But I've also heard Louie say stuff like "lats and abs every session" or "low back and abs are done daily", are those kinds of exercises done as a second workout of the day or do they just not count for the volume and training time because of how important they are?
