    Elephant Hill is so incredible. It sure was a bit inconvenient to run it, with the permit/entry fee/long drive from Moab, however it was so worth it. Every time we go to Moab it will be a must do for us from now on!

    I went to Anza based on your video a few years ago... saw the canyon and had a blast. Then I tried to follow the trail north to hwy 78 and got 85% of the way until a fence stopped me. Then the GPS started acting funny on the way back around Diablo Drop off and I ended up using the Garmin Inreach to communicate with a friend who sent a member of a SOCAL rescue group to show me the way out. I would suggest downloading a map and actually knowing how to use it before trying one of these "easy" trails lol

    None look like a Solo adventure either. Some of us just need to get started. I haven't even figured out the 4x4 yet.

    • @TrailRecon
      @TrailRecon  Год назад

      We're based in San Diego, so I've spent a lot of time on trails out west and am pretty familiar with them. One of the best ways to get started is to find a local off-road club so that you can learn from more experienced off-roaders. I did a lot of trails with the San Diego Jeep Club after I bought my first Jeep. Safe travels!
