Alkaline Cheese Bread|Easier than steamed buns! Filled with egg & cheese! Light, tasty, nutritious!

  • • Ingredients: Alkaline cheese bread
    Cream cheese 250 grams, 0:27,
    Powdered sugar (or xylitol to make it low in sugar) 50 grams, 0:30,
    Eggs 2 (about 60 grams each) 0:46,
    Milk 150 grams, 1:05,
    Milk powder 20 grams, 1:08,
    Corn starch 50 grams, 1:10,
    Butter 20 grams, 1:32,
    • Ingredients: Dough
    High-protein flour 300 grams, 2:11,
    Yeast powder 3 grams, 2:11,
    Milk 180 grams(use cool ones in hot days), 2:18,
    White granular sugar 15 grams, 2:21,
    Salt 2 grams 2:23,
    Oil 15 grams, 2:25,
    Alkaline water: get 10 grams of bread alkali(3:03), and add 300 grams of water(3:03), if you don’t have alkaline water, you can also use egg liquid.
    • Baking temperature (80L oven): Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Place it on the lower rack to ensure that the bread is baked in the middle for 20 minutes. A smaller oven usually provide more heat, so please reduce the temperature by 5 degrees for every 10-liter reduction in oven capacity. If the bread doesn’t get colored when baking, please increase the top heat by 20 degrees.
