I had the same issue with the bleeder valves when I rebuilt the brakes on the 944. I want to say they were stripped on two or three of the calipers, and I tried the same repair on one that you did, and realized it wasn't going to hold pressure. Like you, I found this out after I'd rebuilt them and painted them. Great video, great work!

I don't know Yogi, I mean the red looks great but I think the yellow Porsche uses on their Ceramic Composite brakes would look better when you get Pepper all wrapped in green

bead blasting the calipers would have been faster...but you would have had to know someone who had one...also 550 deg primer is not hi temp enough....note that the top coat is 900 ... otherwise, nice work so far. bad luck re the bleeder screw....even if you had caught it before you painted, you would still have had to replace it.
