Epi genetics is the generational trauma he’s talking about and it is true last trauma can be passed down through blood. It’s makes us angry depressed problematic etc. the remedy is knowledge, lacceptance of self and progression.

I find it interesting that people will tell us to just get over slavery, after all that was a long time ago. But I have never heard anyone tell the American Indians ( Native American) or the Jewish people to just get over it.

First, this was the worst dialogue. Soooo slow and hardly any facts or concrete support intellectually. Willie Lynch in my opinion was a FANTASTIC creation of someone who was teading the ILLS within the black community. I attribute the creation to origins of an individual black person. BECAUSE you have to have a hint of historical knowledge coupled with REAL LIFE EXPERIENCES. Whoever created it, they would have been a intriguing interview.

Very true, mostly interesting that hatred of us is now being taught to assure that inevitable changes of hearts does not take place. Therefore it's imperative to research the beginning of this behavior and why they felt it necessary to keep us separated not only from ourselves but also from them.
