Thank you. It was broke. it did go down and not back to normal. Only passenger side had the issue. I turned it off using UConnect as u said before dealer change the mirror engine. Now it work great. I like using it, specially here in Alberta when it does snow and I can’t see the curbs.
Did they do any other thing, like resetting the computer? I'm having the same issue with the passenger mirror, after putting it into reverse then back to drive the mirror doesn't raise up (gets stuck in the down position). If I press the memory 1 button the mirror still does not move up and down but it sets it left - right. If I press the memory 2 button it raises up to back to normal, but if I press the memory 2 again it raises it up all the way. Also I can set it with the manual 4 way button, no problem. Feels like a computer issue rather than part failure. UPDATE: I took it to the dealer to show them the effect. While I was showing to one person that the memory 2 button moves the mirror up, I accidentally pressed the save profile button and saved the memory 2 again. Since then the memory 2 doesn't move the mirror also. They told me that there are 5 software updates available for different control modules, 2 still can be done under warranty but the other 3 I have to pay for. So they have a defective software and they charge for fixing it.
The mirror tilt is a feature when you go in reverse, turn it off in the UConnect settings if ya want. It's not broke lol.
