Did they do any other thing, like resetting the computer? I'm having the same issue with the passenger mirror, after putting it into reverse then back to drive the mirror doesn't raise up (gets stuck in the down position). If I press the memory 1 button the mirror still does not move up and down but it sets it left - right. If I press the memory 2 button it raises up to back to normal, but if I press the memory 2 again it raises it up all the way. Also I can set it with the manual 4 way button, no problem. Feels like a computer issue rather than part failure. UPDATE: I took it to the dealer to show them the effect. While I was showing to one person that the memory 2 button moves the mirror up, I accidentally pressed the save profile button and saved the memory 2 again. Since then the memory 2 doesn't move the mirror also. They told me that there are 5 software updates available for different control modules, 2 still can be done under warranty but the other 3 I have to pay for. So they have a defective software and they charge for fixing it.

Even i have the rally faced the same issue this is a battery issue dont start it again n again u will ruin the battery just push the vehicle jump on it keep the vehicle in 2 nd gear and start

Human and other animals are not safe to stay with bared UV light, it will cause skin cancer to human beings and will kill other small animals, like your clownfish.

The most untrustworthy skimmer you can buy. Especially if you travel or can’t be at home to watch your tank 24/7. Guys look at DC skimmers (ReefOctopus, Maxspect Aeraqua duo) to name a few. Also ones with overflow protection. One thing for sure is it’ll cost you money and loads of time having to nurse this skimmer like a patient. Only way to run it (weather you like it or not) is wet with the waste pipe connected to a bucket or drain because otherwise it’s full every day with a pissy looking skimate. Not good. I prefer to pull a more concentrated skimate that’s more efficient, with less waste of salt, water & other elements that are surly being removed also. Then because it’s such a wet skimate, you need to watch your salinity like a hawk because you’re always diluting your water with top up from the DI reservoir. More salt = more money. More time running around and worrying about your skimmers status = money & health.

Wish I could help. Mines on/off performance. Could be great for 2/3 days, then bam massive overflow or noisy as hell…

Uvc light kills pretty much anything living. Why would you do this? I've only watched 4 videos about it after stumbling across this subject and knowing nothing about it before and I know that you shouldn't leave this light on and exposed like this in a room with living creatures that you don't want to kill or blind.

The mirror tilt is a feature when you go in reverse, turn it off in the UConnect settings if ya want. It's not broke lol.

Your tank could be to "new" just set up in that case wait 7 or do days I know this is old so I'm writing this for for new ppl with this problem as the op probably got rid of this and it's having the same problem because he doesn't know what he is doing at all

Great skimmer you must have used a additive like melafix for example or your skimmer is I'm wrong chamber should be next to filter sock or try turning the dial all the way to the - side to open it up and if worse comes to worse on the air filter take the rubber peice pull it down the slightest to get air in it. If not just let it over flow and make sure the black tube it's open and going to a 5 gal bucket as the cup picks up waste it will get broken in. The protein skimmer is fantastic

UV lights should never be exposed like this. For yourself and any other animals. This type of light might go to a sump but Can potentially kill good bacterias. Sorry for your fishes

Major major mistake, uv light like this must nit be installed that way inside any DST. You caused every inhabitants demise . UV omit a special wavelength of light that will cause blindness in any 🐟 and erodes the slime covering thier bodies which is part of the immune system.

UV lights aren’t supposed to be directly exposed to humans or animals. They are supposed to be in a filter or a sump enclosed in a shell. Also ps you can get cancer and go blind so I would stop filming those in the future.
