My father passed away in January and didn’t leave a will. He was a very selfish person, you are on to something there Bill
Mine passed on Jan 15th. Selfish, but left a trust. Been a hard few months. Not the best relationship between us. Luckily we were talking and in touch. No matter his character, it still hurts. Hope you come to terms with it and move fwd in a way that would make him and you proud. Sorry for your loss

When you face north, everything rotates counter-clockwise around Polaris.. now spin a 180 and face south. Everything now rotates clock-wise around Sigma Octantis.
Two points of axial rotation are impossible on a flat earth. They ARE possible on a spinning ball.

How you are obsessed with food when fasting is interesting. Look up a experiment during ww2 in Minnesota where willing subjects were intentionally extremely starved to study its effects for the war effort. They became obsessed with anything food related.

@Billburr for the AC, you probably have it set to maintain an Auto Temp...essentially the AC and heat kick in at 'set points' - So, if you have heat set to 70, but Cooling set to 73, the cooling will turn on if you hit 73. If you move the 'set point' to 81 degrees for example, the AC wont kick on, unless the thermostat reads that the room hits 81 degress. Your 'set point' for cooling is probably too low. But, just hire an HVAC guy, because there can always be larger issues.

If you just eat good food in the right cals, the only fasting you need is when you sleep. The real reason intermittent fasting "works" is because it reduces more people's calories. It's harder to eat a surplus if you only have a 4-6 hour window to eat in than a 15 hour window. This should be obvious. If you do eat in a surplus in those 4-6 hours, you'll still gain fat and weight.
