☑️ Focus: Core strength
☑️ Time: 20 min
☑️ Equipment: No equipment, just you and your mat!
Workout ⬇️
☑️ 6 Rounds: 30 sec rest after each round, No rest in between exercises
☑️ No warm up, or Cool down
Please remember we are all different and that you can adjust the workout to your needs and abilities. Take longer breaks when you need to. And don’t be afraid to modify any of the exercises.
