Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
Jeremy has filed a lawsuit against both LIEnette & CROOK in the Federal Courts
They then filed motions to dismiss the cases in Federal Court but they lied in their paperwork
All the while, Jeremy has filed a Writ of Prohibition to remove Judge Craig DeThomasis so that he can receive a fair trial
They had Ohio Court on January 10th, 2024 in which both LIEnette & John CROOK is on trial for contempt of court
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

Craig DeThomasis is a pathetic excuse for a judge. He is as biased and dirty as they come. This sorry excuse for a judge needs to either return to being a lawyer or think about being a college professor because he's not cut out to be a judge in any way, shape, or form
The Judge doesn't understand that notarizations and certifying documents laws vary from state-to-state and some states do not honor third party certification, or accept documents certified in other states.
Can you bring suit on the judge for all the time wasted going over and repeating wasted time? I'm sure your lawyer doesn't stop the clock or give a discount for time wasted by the judge.
If Grudge wouldn't have wasted the Whole time talking about irrelevant rambling, you might have gotten it taken care of in 2 days..3 max! The polar opposite ways between both Judges is mind blowing 🤯 My heart goes out to you both for dealing with these people. Wow!!! This has to be the worst judge ever! It sounds to me like #JudgeGrudge DeThomasis was choosing to talk about your attorney-client privilege and forcing you to answer. I would have done exactly what my attorney advised as well. #JudgeGrudge is a liar and should be punished and removed from his and any other position of authority. It is so disturbing that crooked judges (jealous of pipe sizes, etc.) are allowed to have and abuse their power and authority over people's lives. I certainly am curious how many others he has abused. I hope all of this craziness, unfairness, and trouble is over soon.💕🙏🏼🤗🥰

I believe one of the lawyers on law tube said that Ohio state requires that documents be signed and notarized in person. Florida has different laws on this, so the judge is simply ignorant of Ohio law, which is not surprising when he doesn't work in that state. Realizing that laws are different in each state, I would expect a judge to realize.

This is so crazy!!!! Why is this judge still a judge!?! I can’t believe they haven’t pulled him off the bench!!! Such a horrible man!!!! In my opinion I think he is an alcoholic or on drugs. People with an addiction forget what they ask or even what they said two minutes before.

The Judge, a term used very loosely, has caused you to have huge lawyers fees. When he officially is recused he should be charged to pay your lawyers’ fee after your first hearing. You haven’t even presented your side yet…..

I was a paralegal a long time ago and I can say I have NEVER heard of this kind of behaviour from a judge. This is 100% corrupt and biased. He's acting as L's free personal lawyer!
I think it is fair to say that this so called Judge is very, very biased! Judges are supposed to be impartial! What does come across, well to me personally is that this judge presents as “Jealous” of you Jeremy.
My question is your business with your attorney in another case is not his business you are not required to have him witness papers that you have in another court but yet he’s telling you you must do that that would just make him more prejudice against you because it’s a protection order against his sweet little LyingNett . I feel him telling you that he could’ve done that was definitely breaking your attorney. Client privileges he’s a judging a case your in and he wants to see documents from another court come on am I the only one that sees something unethical about that ?

Got a confirmation back from the Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission a couple days ago saying they received my complaint about this disgrace of a judge. Hopefully they actually look into the corruption & bias in this case!

What gets me is that Judge Grudge is upset over you wanting a continuance because you have a new lawyer in only 24 hours to catch up but Lienette had a week to get a lawyer but they got a continuance because of her lawyer needing to catch up.

Jeremy: In Ohio, the person signing a document to have it notarized MUST be done in person so the notary can check identification of the signer. The affidavit that accompanies the notary seal states that the signer presented in person and swore/affirmed the truthfulness of the document. I was a notary in Ohio for a number of years and to my knowledge this rule has not changed.
