Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
The Child's biological family is now filing a lawsuit again LIEnette & CROOK
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
Jeremy has filed a lawsuit against both LIEnette & CROOK in the Federal Courts
They then filed motions to dismiss the cases in Federal Court but they lied in their paperwork
All the while, Jeremy has filed a Writ of Prohibition to remove Judge Craig DeThomasis so that he can receive a fair trial
They had Ohio Court on January 10th, 2024 in which both LIEnette & John CROOK is on trial for contempt of court
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

What I take away from this situation: This child is in the custody of a sociopath, who kidnapped her and is keeping her for financial gain.
Florida CPS should be investigated, why are they not looking into this now??
i read an article on lynette when she adopted the baby the headline read " struggling mom adopts sick child " why would they allow a struggling mom to adopt? let alone a sick child
I don't believe that this was a legal adoption from the get go. Whoever brokered this should be jailed .
Just donated. I am 71 years old living on Social security can't afford much but something has to be done to save Harley. God bless these two woman who already have done so much for their family.
It took 1 year and a full investigation of me to adopt my oldest child and 3 years to adopt my youngest. Both out of foster care. This adoption blows my mind.
I was a foster parent for years! The vetting process for that was crazy intense...how could there not be a home visit and background check????
Why would anyone allow her to adopt a child in the first place ?? It can't be a legal adoption...

I have been through some of this as a grandmother. Real family always comes first. I will bet that She has NO real adoption papers!
I too just donated. I'm a retired 72 year old male living in the UK, with deep deep family ties. I love my sons and little 7 year old grandson so much, and it hurts me to see what is happening to Harley Grace.

My biggest question is how a single woman in her late 50s on disability ever qualify to adopt a child, healthy married couples are denied daily on adopting a baby. Also found out how she got her property cleaned up Levy county allows people with court ordered community service work off their time there.
I'm having a meltdown and am now worrying that she may just take off with the wee one. She knows she has been found out!!!
HG should have been receiving child development services for years! It’s neglect!
God Bless the dear sweet, caring aunts for speaking up. My spouse and I were licensed foster parents in Wisconsin. When we were in our late 40’s, we applied to adopt a young child under 6. We were told at our age, we would only be approved for a child 12 and older. We were no longer interested. I worked for Dept of Corrections, Probation & Parole. We owned our owned business, purchasing foreclosures, remodeled and then sold. My spouse also drove a contracted mail route. Through the years we had kept 12 foster kids, and even a foreign exchange student from Japan. We only have 1 child., who is now a grown man and married. He and his wife are in upper management at Dept of Public Health. Our son was a straight A student through high school, graduating Valedictorian and in publication of Who’s Who Among American High School Students, Phi Theta Kappa, Dean’s list and full scholarship on Master’s degree. Yet, we were not qualified, due to our age, to adopt a child under the age of 6. And yes, they. Did fingerprinting record check. Something is truly wrong with this Harley adoption and truly shady.
I find the adoption very suspect when the ladies mentioned about fingerprints and background checks. In the late 90's I worked for a childcare and I had to have a background check, fingerprinting, etc......and that was just to care for others children, not even adopt a child. I truly hope getting the word out gets her away from who she is with and reconnected to her siblings and family that will love her.....I can bet once this happens she will thrive like nothing else.
Is anyone else afraid that Lie-Nette is going to flee with the child or something worse?!?? You know she’s watching all these videos and she has to know the end is very near. I’m very afraid for that child. Psychopaths are unpredictable when trapped. 😢

If Lynette and John are on SSI due to mental disabilities, it's illegal for them to be with a gun in their possession or on the premises anywhere they live or go. By law the gun must be separated from the bullets and under lock and key if they are visiting someone. It's the law.
Lynette even SAID she lives in. SHED in COURT!!!!!
And they separated john from the child but yet he watches her when lynette goes places.

The so called adoption by a stranger should NEVER have been allowed to happen,heads have got to roll over the whole background regarding the paperwork,that poor child is just being used as a cash cow for two of the most evil people on Gods earth,let's hope everyone who sees the GFM gets enough money to get this dealt with and SAVE HARLEY xxxx

She probably keeps her on feeding tube so she doesn't have to feed her. The state covers the liquid. I had a son on feeding tube and life support. We always evacuated when the Florida storms came in. He was on a ventilator, and we never took him to the hospital to evacuate. She's ruining that child's mind. I hope the family can help her.
This is so bizzare. People typically give up a child for adoption so that the child can have a better/ stable life.
In this case the childs adopted mother is begging the childs real family for help/ assistance.

The child is still not potting trained and doesn’t have a proper toilet to be trained in.
Remind me to NEVER piss off Jeremy! In all seriousness, I know this wasn't your intentions, nor a fight you wanted, but Jeremy & George thank you for fighting back against these two. Just the things they do to society in general is bad enough, but the Harley situation is being brought the attention it has desperately needed! You two are Saints & an example of what we all should strive to be. On a side note, I hope George is doing well health wise, because she looks really good! (George is gorgeous anyways) She looks like she's in good health & that is wonderful, because George is a compassionate, loving, caring, honest & a truly good person.
I live In Kentucky. I did a private adoption. They did everything!! The state itself put me through the wringer.
Home study, background check, references, and I even had to do a 16 week class!!
In CA, you have MANDATED, children MUST HAVE: bed w/bed frame; dresser; food; and clothing!! I have guardianship of my 4 Grandsons!!
And...I am a mandated reporter ( (I own a preschool) it is so very hard for me to not call this into CPS.
Jessica looks so sad about all of this. You can just look at her and see the sadness in her face. Olga looks pissed and ready to go. They look like they are a good balance for one another. You go get them girls.
I pray for this family to be reunited with HG. The fact LIEnette committed fraud on paperwork to be able to adopt the child when she is well known by the state as a child abuser, it's alarming. Florida needs to revamp their system, so this type of thing doesn't happen again. Tragic really. That poor little girl and all she's been through in such a short amount of time on this earth. I'll donate because HG deserves better. Ashley deserved better!

If lienette and John took the child illegally then the child must go back to her real parents and charges bought upon Lynette and John and on top of the other cases they caused themselves.

My sister in law adopted from Russia and the whole family had to have fbi background checks. I would imagine it’s similar to adopt here.
LP probably doesn’t want others to see the neglect or for the child to tell anyone she’s being abused. Lots to hide.
The child would do really well in a good home with a great family.

Sadly, Harley has to live with people who only consider her as a paycheck. But on the other side, of this Harley has a family that wants and loves her. But the worse thing is that CPS sits on their butts and does nothing. They let this little girl live in a filthy and disgusting place that Lie-nut and John Crook moved to just to be near someone they thought they could get money from. What is wrong with Florida CPS? Why didn't they investigate the adoption to make sure that was in place WHILE investigating the complaints? WOW! CPS needs to held accountable and investigated!!! That department sounds just as corrupt as their victim services!!!...!!
It almost seems like the adoption was never actually finalized since the case file is missing so many of the required documents…are you sure it was finalized or does Lienette only have guardianship papers?

Hope Harley’s returns to her biological family, leads a normal life, is on the correct diet and medical care. Harley needs to be saved from the current dysfunctional people.

I feel so sorry for Harley, and Pray GODS Will be done in her life. I hope she will be rescued, and placed in a loving home. That being said, Her bio parents both need to be sterilized!
