Otter Creek Ave. This is going to be a 2-part video as you will get to see the transformation of the property and the new improvements done. I hope you enjoy and get a few laughs. The trailer is called an EZY TRAILER they can be folded up and rolled along on those caster wheels on the rear. They fit in small spaces and are very light to manouver.

It is a folding trailer. When folded the small wheels are how you can move it around. The deck should have been split about at the wheels.

The trailer folds up like a ping pong table. Once folded up it sits on the wheels welded to the side so you can roll it around for storage when you're not using it.

Hello Travis! I had a thought, on that property you were cleaning up, I wonder if there would be an old out house somewhere. Get yourself a metal rod called a probe... Find a long one at least 7'. And poke it in the ground, looking for compaction, glass etc. If you need more info, look up this you tuber, Below the plains, Tom Askjem. He did up old piveys/ out houses, and find valuable bottle that ppl threw away over 120 years ago!!!

That trailer is a Harbor Freight folding trailer. Hence the bar and wheels welded to it. I know this because I have one to pull around my property with tools I need to repair fence

Those wheels welded on the side came with it. Under that wood is a cheap Harbor Freight folding utility trailer. It folds and can be rolled on the small wheels into a garage or storage barn.

Those welded wheels are because that's a folding trailer that you can fold in half and stand it on the wheels and roll it around in your garage. It's from harbor freight. I had one years ago.
