Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
The Child's biological family is now filing a lawsuit again LIEnette & CROOK
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
Jeremy has filed a lawsuit against both LIEnette & CROOK in the Federal Courts
They then filed motions to dismiss the cases in Federal Court but they lied in their paperwork
All the while, Jeremy has filed a Writ of Prohibition to remove Judge Craig DeThomasis so that he can receive a fair trial
They had Ohio Court on January 10th, 2024 in which both LIEnette & John CROOK is on trial for contempt of court
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

Absolutely the child would benefit and thrive in a loving environment with her BIOLOGICAL family and siblings instead of being isolated and used as a paycheck by very TOXIC scamming people.
I hope that the law can see and act upon ALL of the mistreatment she is going through and get her out of this toxic harmful environment.
If LP & JC are on disability they shouldn't be to hard to find. I believe if you get any kind of government money, you have to have a physical address. I wish you all the best. You ladies have an amazing couple on your side. Jeremy and George are great people!!

I have been praying for the bio family of HG. And I have to say that I live in Sussex county Delaware and the children's hospital in Philadelphia is one of the best in the East. And HG will be in 100% capable hands there. God bless you all.

It's also a serious concern that John carries a gun , NOT HOLSTERED, but, stuck in his pants which he stated under oath, that it fell out from a hole in his shorts..How is that responsible parenting??!!!😵
Harley is 4yrs old she should have been in preschool for at least 2yrs before kindergarten she is not prepared for school

Both these woman sound like amazing humans, I would do just about anything to grow up in a family like they describe. Family all together, so much love, everyone helping each other out. It’s a beautiful thing. That baby should be with them. I cannot begin to wrap my head around how this crazy chick was able to adopt a baby, live the way she does and the state does NOTHING. I mean, I can wrap my head around it because it happens so incredibly often…but like HOW. At this point, going public is the best option otherwise nothing will be done for that baby sadly.

As far as DCF or CPS whatever you want to call them they should be sued as well. They were worst agency ever. They remove kids from families that shouldn't be yet leave kids living in sheds in FL with no air conditioner and no plumbing that should be removed in the drug ingested. Garbage, abusive family. It's disgusting and they should be held accountable for anything that happens to that child. Smh

Children are much stronger than adults and once Harley gets back with family, I can see her shooting off like a rocket wanting to learn everything. Watching from here in New Zealand, and what I truly don't understand is why DCS hasn't done more about checking on the child. Is it that it's an extremely long drive to Otter Creek from the nearest DCS office, or something? Because I just don't understand how a child would be left to live in a shed with no running water.

I love these ladies! They have a plan. Showing lots of love for a child that they have never met but is still family. They know what a child needs to thrive! God bless them for not only helping this child but the others they took on in their homes as well. I only see good coming from this effort. I will absolutely donate to them for legal fees. I just have to wait for my paycheck to go in this week. Even if you can’t donate much every penny helps!

I told you she wasn’t getting a free lawyer. LOL. They don’t do that in federal civil cases. She could buy a book on it or get the FL lawyer’s course on representing yourself, Jurisdictionary (Jeremy might want to get it to control his legal expenses). But really she could just sell that property and buy a mobile home on a small piece of land and live there, then she could settle her legal stuff easily. But she isn’t smart enough to do that. I’m unclear as to whether Preston is fit to be a parent at all.
You could go to a hospital and ask somebody for a service worker and that service worker can then turn around and go to this place where Harley is to observe where she's living and how she's living and then by state law they have to step in if she's being neglected and you then could have a mental health arrest on on John Cook and Lynette
You are so RIGHT ladies! You worry about Harley's safety! Coyotes running around and no one knows where Harley is? I saw a video where Harley refused to put her shoes on, and Lacy is screaming at her to not go there because "there is nails there"...another time it was "broken glass!"

I will continue to pray for Harley, and pray her family, can get her, without problems. I also ask God to let Harley's Family, find out the paperwork, was not done correctly, in order to have the legal right, no exceptions to have Harley.

I am so happy to hear this about the child. I had to watch my daughter at the age of 16 carry my grandson and when he was born he lived 1 hour and 20 minutes after he was born he passed away in my daughter arms. I watched my daughter fall apart for the pass 8 years. Now she is having a healthy baby boy due this month. When I see what this child is going threw down there it just breaks my heart . I AM SENDING PRAYERS AND BIG HUGS for the child to be a way from those two people.
Finally Harley is getting help 🙏🏼 Stunned her situation has lasted this long.
