When I worked in an office, I didn’t have time to do personal business at my job. When I was hurt, they had to hire two people to do what I did by myself! I find it deplorable to do what THAT Rosemary did……

I have to tell you Jeremy you are an awesome person exposing these crooks in otter creek. They have gotten away with these cons for years. Otter creek residents ought to be grateful for you and George. But you know who is more proud of you guys is the lord. God bless both of them!!
Same thing happened at the public school I used to work at. People doing personal things on school computers, so the school put in surveillance on all computers.
Trying to villanize the people that were wronged just because they finally decided enough was enough and chose to shine a light on the darkness that was present is exactly what guilty people do. You have helped the good and decent residents of OC by taking a stand and exposing the corruption. Every movie you watch where a newcomer comes in and refuses to bow down to the corruption first gets painted as the villan. The people (like TC) out there pointing the finger at the good guys yelling foul are part of the problem. I don't think for one second he's not been put up to what he's doing but when u lay with dogs .. we all know what happens. You are the company you keep. I'm so glad you made a stand not just for you but for the good people of OC. One day it will be a wonderful place again.

We had a town in California that was in such a mess back few years ago. City of Bell. There may Be even more of these towns, but who is going to expose them? What a mess. Nice job Jeremy and George.

I was watching a you tube channel yesterday, Real Responders, it was about a town where everyone was getting seriously sick and they couldnt pin point the issue, Finally the Health dept and CDC said even though the water dept gave us there records and said it was all ok, lets check the water, It would up the documents were fudged and one of the water units was broke, and the health dept took over the water plant. It was terrible, little kids , old people, some died

Great video, as always. It's truly amazing what people will do when they think no one is watching. And, obviously, some people like pushing the envelope and seeing what they can get away with. When I was still working, I kept my personal emails on my personal account, and business emails on the employer's account. I mean, how hard is that to do?

My mom was an attorney & one of her secretary stole from her. She stole the office debt card gave it to her husband to buy gas & groceries then also stole money to buy a team of horses & wagon. The left the state before they could be prosecuted

I think the only thing that may keep these people out of prison is their age, nothing else will. looks like they all guilty as sin and the corruption been going on for years, decades even.

Clerk severino didn’t create a website 😂 Real estate software does it for realtors to share listings to clients without having to give out their passwords to access the listings. So, realtor searches for property and sends the list to client, that list is basically saved into a “website.” (She’s absolutely in the wrong for sending via town email and while being paid by town taxpayers… she just didn’t create a website 😘)

If all of the town counsel members quit and nobody runs for those positions what happens to the towns incorporation status? Can they remain incorporated without a town counsel even if they are in debt?

With the incredible success of Xmas in the Creek 2023, I feel that the next one will be even bigger and better. Have you considered looking into a Park and Ride Scheme, whereby those wanting to attend can park in one of the neighbouring larger towns, and get a bus/coach to the venue? That way, the Sheriff's traffic department won't end up with thousands cars in a queue along the highway. AND, it would save you lawn from being churned up.
As for the corruption at Town Hall, thank heavens you came to OC when you did. Both of you are two of the nicest people and have hearts of gold. And, you two lovely people have now fans from every Continent in the WORLD. Keep up your amazing work and for allowing us to tag along and share some of your life. You started out as two ordinary individuals and now you have shown the World how extraordinary you really are. 🥰

Just so you know, the MLS does the "website" building. Its just a link that takes the buyer to the different listings you(the realtor) has selected for you to see.
