RMS is Records Management System, so when the supervisor said he couldn't locate Bret in RMS, it means that they had never entered him into their system via reports or tickets.
From the way you described the supervisor, it could be incompetency to know how to use his equipment, incompetency in maintaining his equipment. As a retired Officer after 28 years, I tested my equipment daily. My gun, taser, lights, siren, radio, radar, BWC. Everything was tested to be certain everything worked as it should. If something wasn't operating properly, I would get it repaired or replaced before getting out onto the road.

They're not recording because yea, you're going to FOIA request it. That should be required from ALL law enforcement. That said, keep in mind that there's a comradeship/brotherhood amongst these officers...an unspoken pact. So just because they don't send out the Martin guy, don't trust any of the law enforcement there to do what's right. Always watch your backs and continue to document everything. Then again, I don't know anyone else who does a better job at documenting than you two. Keep up the good work.

I was watching "Madam Mayor" when she and Brent (with Willis) were playing a game of CORNHOLE on Jeremy's property. No vocal exchange to my knowledge. Only a loud voice "calling" her pets onto her property. Funny how senility and intelligence are random characteristics in some people.
Sounds like the case was discharged with the report. They dont take her seriously. they come and say ok and leave because they have nothing to report. She needs to have charges brought for filing false police reports.
Here in the UK you rarely see a lone fog running wild. They get taken to the pound and the owners have to then pay a large amount of money to get them out of the pound. All dogs have to be chipped by law.

My dad was a strong believer that if a dog ever bites a child it was time to get rid. We had a dog that got my sister's face and then when my dad grabbed it from getting her face again it clenched down on his hand. The dog took it on a one-way trip to the vets. I dont understand these people who can't keep their dogs on there own land.

My 4 year old daughter was bit by our neighbors german shepherd (She was the 5th person this dog has bit) as she was outside playing. She ended up having to get 29 stitches on her upper thigh, inner thigh and bottom. The surgeon told us if the dog would have bitten down another millimeter to the left, he would of bit her main artery in her leg and she would have bled out and died in the middle of the street, before emergency services could arrive... We did end up filing a lawsuit against them and she was awarded a little over $100,000... Which thanks to watching What The Hales and learning about what investing and trusts are etc... we decided to put it in a trust that she'll be able to access when she's 21 yrs old!

Jeremy, it is irresponsible to allow any dog to run free up and down the streets or others' property. The dog owners can be responsible for any bites these dogs might inflict injuries on other people, particularly children. Dog bite injuries are practically speaking, strict liability for injuries inflicted on other people by the negligent person's dogs! I did some research on this issue at one time when I was taking academic classes.
Can't the Sheriff Office press charges for abuse of calls that she makes. None on that property has CPO from her or JC.

I have been quiet about all of this. To be totally hones more in awe that people like Lynette do this stuff to so many good people and she just skirts by like she is such a victim. When authorities just don't do the right thing also bothers me. Most of this is just common sense. However, after saying that these two and apparently the Sheriffs don't seem to have that in them. My heart breaks for all of you. So very proud of you Jeremy and George for standing up for yourselves and others. It will work in the end. God is with you. I didn't watch last night because of other things happening away from computer but, this morning I could not believe this. As I think they are just going to stop they keep going. Hey Jeremy, if you or anyone else can bring that beautiful white shih Tzu up , my hubby and I can give it a wonderful home with food, homemade treats and lots of love. We're in southern mercer county in PA. We've had 2 shih Tzu s in our 32 yrs of marriage. The first one (teddy bear)had congestive heart failure and passed warm in our bed. Our second one (Snoopy) passed away 6 years ago warm in a blanket in our home. He had cancer. Both lived to age 13. I have no human children, but one beautiful calico kitty.❤

I've lived with dogs all 53 years of my life. Many of them have enjoyed sleeping on my bed. If i rolled over and went into their space they would wake up and move. There is absolutely no way a dog would unalive itself if a human rolled over and threatened it life. All mammals have something call flight or fight instincts. So what she says makes no intelligent thought process what so ever.
They live in a "shell" of a shed and sleep in "de"bunk beds. 😂😂😂
