Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
This 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
On February 28th, the Judge mandates that ALL attorneys must be present in court
Judge Craig DeThomasis is up to something and Jeremy soon finds out its bad news
His legal team files to have the corrupt judge removed during an investigation
Especially, since he lies and says that Jeremy is laughing in court

It seems to me that Jeremy breaks this unconstitutional judgment against him he would be arrested , but Lienette keep breaking her permanent order of protection she goes Scott free. How wrong this is.

If another judge is appointed you should not be held to any decisions made by a biased judge, including the TRO. Silverman requesting that is him stepping on your Constitutional rights as well.
This judge seriously is insane. He is putting Jeremy’s life on hold indefinitely. The power has gone to his head. For a woman who clearly belongs in jail. It’s unbelievable.
This case is more about what DeThomasis wants then the actual case, he's determined to get Jeremy.

I have noticed that the lawyer representing that vile woman, doesn’t let her speak anymore. Is he afraid of what will come out of her mouth. This judge has a god complex , that needs to be resolved.
WOW...,his tone towards Jeremy finally changed once he realized his lawyer was not joking about filing with the higher court. Praying that the higher court moves quickly on this matter and a new judge makes quick work of getting this ridiculous case over with.
The WHOLE PLANET is laughing at him. Even though what he is doing is infuriating and unlawful.
No matter who the judge turns out to be in this case, Lienette probably won't be able to make an appearance because she will be in jail in Ohio. If she fails to appear to her court date for contempt of the civil protection order, a bench warrant will be issued and law enforcement will escort her to Ohio.
Is it me or was Grudge Judge a little less aggressive and a little more subdued? And I love how Randy Shocet (sorry if it's spelt wrong) stood his ground this time round!! I was so impressed, and I think the Grudge Judge was a little taken aback!! I also think he's been watching all the goings on with the DUI Guy, TUG and Megan Fox and has realised he might be in a bit of trouble!! Keep fighting Jeremy and George. You got this!!
The consequences of not getting the paperwork filed will be the motions will start to be heard that morning and he says, "I think you all want to avoid that consequence." His mind is made up and he hasn't even heard the case.
To me i think Silverman wants to do the stay because we doesn't want to waste time on a case he can't win. The money has ran out

This is one of the reasons I gave my property to my niece, good ole' boy network. I said I would never again own property in Florida, but to help my son I bought some for him. OMG! First he tried so hard to move forward with the trial and when both attorneys said they were fine with the stay he was at a loss. 🤣🤣🤣. I’m so sorry Jeremy. This sucks so much. you should push hard in the Ohio court to have the preston and crook jailed for contempt. that way your done, the injunction on you would be mute because she is locked up.
Russell put her up to bringing you to court to keep you from the town meetings. The judge is in on it as well the petitioner lawyer. This case was slow dragged because they are all in on it. This is a simple case the judge made into a huge deal.

I just know you Jeremy have not broken that injunction and it should have been droped no longer in place or serious modification that don't take your rights away.

I am from London England and have been watching this court case from the start. This judge needs to wake up and realise how many lies Lynette and what lengths her lawyer would go too to lie. There should be an independent judge on this court case. You judge should allow Mr Hales Lawyer to speak just like Silverman. Two bent people trying to destroy an innocent man
