Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
This is the 2nd hearing in Ohio Court from January 10th, 2024 in which John CROOK is on trial for contempt of court
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

I have been following What the Hales for years, and I enjoy their life story. I've got to say my heart goes out to them for this stressful time in their lives. That being said, they always seem to find a way to bring a little sun shine into the darkness, so the use of the stick puppets during the trial is a humorous stroke of genius!!!

I can’t believe that child social services has not removed this poor little child. These people are clearly sick mentally from too much substance abuse. The child is clearly in a dangerous situation and seriously in distressing condition with no way of getting help from anyone

Now if this was in judge grudge’s court he would grant a continuance so they could file a motion for discovery, although he is not supposed to be giving them legal advice, which he has freely given to Lienette until some fool helped her get a bottom of the slime barrel lawyer. When the judge finds out that the two of them have been together for both hearings she should automatically grant the contempt of court for violating the conditions of allowing them to appear on Zoom.

Happy to hear the judge tell them its not the courts responsibility to give them legal advice. I'm guessing that the clerk told them they cant give them legal advice and not that they cant file appeal or evidence. Looney bin knows how it works she has one against her for her grandkids. Would love to know what that court proceeding looked like with her. If she was just as horrible as she acts now.

I’m not sure why the judge continues to tell both Lynette and John to stop talking and continue to explain why, but never muting them or placing them in contempt of court. It’s like telling your children if you do that again I’m going to ground you and never do anything about it. Way too lenient on my standards! I’d be loony tune by now!
Maybe Lienette reminded Judge D that she once danced for him at one of the seedy joints she danced at, and threatened to let others know as well.
