Jeremy & George have reported 13 of these violations to the State of Florida which are currently investigating him
With the Town Hall Meeting coming up, State Investigators will be in attendance watching Russ The Suss conduct closely
AND the Levy County Sheriff are watching LIEnette & John CROOK who have broken the Civil Protection Orders AGAIN
Their plans backfired on them and arrest are coming soon

My big concern is if the Levy county sheriff will not even arrest them for breaking the protection order. Would They arrest them even if Ohio court issued a warrant ?
Can they say that the checks for $100 no be given out until the end of the meeting? That way, Don the Con and Russ the Suss, would have to stay for the entire meeting if they want their checks!
Vice-Mayor Zim did do a roll call. He even added the Lawyer's name in there.

Hello, Marie from Puerto Rico. I'm so sad. I'm a home bound patient that live alone. survivor like George, sadly to say I the doctors will see if I'll have start my fight again. What I want to say is WhatTheHales$ has been the biggest part of my life/loneliness. I heard lyennett ask Russ. what else do you need for me to do for you.

One thing I don't understand is why hasn't Ohio like put a arrest warrant if they got the injunction like on them and they keep breaking it why haven't they put out an arrest warrant for them That's what boggles my mind is why the court hasn't done nothing from Ohio regardless what Florida has said or done

In most AA meeting they can't get there cards signed until the meeting is done. Maybe follow this lead and issue the checks after the meetings are done.
My 30 year's of city politics they can get the department of elections can come in and swear in candidates . And the attorney General can also come in. There is a solution for every problem. I believe the state is watching God BLESS and hire body guards with muscles. Muscles are not illegal.

You have a ton of witnesses from the town everybody's cell phone recorded that so why can't they go to the courts and show the judge the video that everybody has which is the same thing isn't it more than one person it's credible

Unless and until you make your protection order enforced these 2 will continue to walk right through it with the blessing of all of the Florida legal system. Awful to say it, but past history is a good predictor of future behaviour.

Jeremy I'm pretty sure I heard Zim or the lawyer say "Leave the check". So since they were told to leave the check why can't they be arrested for stealing their checks?

I think the judge had initially determined what the outcome of this case was going to be, probably from listening to people like Amanda Martin, and Russ the Suss. And I think in order to punish you, not only with a guilty verdict, he was also trying to run the clock on you, to run up your legal fees. Ive seen all of the 1st three hearings, and he's barely accomplished anything, other than repeating himself over and over, like you have said. And I don't understand why, but he's seems to very deliberate about exactly how he goes about reading the specifics for the record by notating the exact time, down to the second, if I remember correctly. But I think he and his buddy, the plaintiffs attorney are maybe trying to ruin you financially in order to try and run you out of town! Now I think he's starting to realize hes caught in between a rock and a hard place and the best thing for him to do is swallow his pride and recuse himself. Otherwise, he's really going to be embarrassed, either by going back on just about every ruling he's made, or face the consequences of an appeal, to a higher court which would obviously overturn any judgment he might try to convict you on! Good luck and hang in there!

Why not have enough folks inside the meeting to prevent Russ-the-Suss and his puppy dog from leaving by blocking the exit. Non-violent. Get Carl & Joe sworn in before the two clowns could leave, then boot'em out once the swearing in ceremony is over.

Sorry Jeremy, the Marshalls are NOT going to be the folks to handle that situation. They handle fugitive apprehension and federal court security.
You would have to go up the food chain to the State Police if the local / county won't do anything. The troopers (highway patrol) only account for part of the State Police. There's a full-blown investigative department too.
