Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
This is the 2nd hearing in Ohio Court from January 10th, 2024 in which John CROOK is on trial for contempt of court
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

They were so scared of Jeremy that she had to go file for injunction. And again turns around and complains about not being allowed to go to community yard Asale and Christmas in the creek sponsored by Jeremy. That right there proves that her injunction is bullcrap.
I adore this judge! It makes me quite happy everytime she yells at him for not stopping talking!
Again this Judge has demonstrated so much patience. This is at a level that is very difficult to achieve. I much admire her and her ability to maintain decorum in her courtroom.
I wonder if the judge is a drinking woman, if not she might be after having to listen to this nonsense. She is a better woman than I.

You want to give those two the benefit of the doubt but they accused the ex Mayor Therese and her husband of the same things. So Jeremy is correct when he says that they go around accusing everyone. Scary. The Judge made the right ruling in this case.

Jeremy, I too have anxiety/panic attacks. I truly can sympathize with how fast and surprising they can be. I’m praying for you and George; as well as the Otter Creek residents. You all deserve to live peacefully and without fear. May God wrap his arms around all of you.

when crock is in the road. Lie-nette is the one that had him in the road knowing he couldn't leave if you guys drove by. Stating for crock that he was OK. Lie-nette set him up. 1 day after surgery he should have been relaxing and healing. Lie-nette is such a manipulator and threw crock under the bus. Why wasn't Lie-nette in the road where she could leave the road much easier.
His questioning is so convoluted it is hard to follow. He sounds drunk or high.

Jeremy, try to keep your cool, I know it is hard with these insane people. You look like your blood pressure is high. Your eyes look a bit red. Take your blood pressure every day under this stress at least twice a day. Ask your doctor if you can take Saint john wort. It comes me down when I am under stress.

You have to keep going with all the lawsuits. They are too stubborn to learn to shut their mouths and do what they were ordered by the judge to do. JC and LP are just going to continue this crap. I hear you about anxiiety. I was 'in court' for 7 + years in uk... it was family court... and the nonsense that was said and the behaviour of legal personnel was so dire it makes you so angry but quite powerless. More similar to your experience with de thomas?
