Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
This 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
It becomes clear, that LIEnette's lawyer hates Jeremy and so does the Judge
Jeremy has filed a 3rd motion to disqualify Judge Craig DeThomasis

A blind person with no legal training could see that this is COMPLETELY BIASED! You have one heck of a lawsuit, Jeremy, if something isn't done.
Besides all this , the judge showed his true colors when he made snide remarks to George about her being afraid when she was in court. The disdain in his tone was appalling. How can do much hate be wrapped up in a black robe ? 🤯
Sounds like Levy County and the state of Florida will be paying out some huge compensations in the near future because of this judge. Take this all the way to the top because this country has NO place for corrupt judges like this.
This judge needs to be removed he has done more harm than good he needs to be removed immediately and be replaced by an unbiased judge

That was ridiculous when the judge went on and on about that day when Jeremy had to go to Ohio. No, he didn't have to be in ohio that morning but he had to freaking leave that day to go to Ohio so he would be there in time for the ohio stuff. So ridiculous. I am sure everyone in the courts are watching these videos. How can that judge still be on that bench? It makes no sense to me. He is corrupt. He is not neutral. He is not a fair judge. This is insane.
From 1st court appearance this judge should have had her in contempt!!
I hope when its proven Lienut lied about Feathers attempt to buy her off is false she gets a perjury charge and gets the longest jail time possible.
People need to call the Florida judicial committee and start raising a Ruckus about that judge

Jeremy, I really think you should look into LIEnette’s phone records. In order to see who all she has been in contact with since just before this case started. Because I sure wonder if her & Judge DeThomasis have been in communication with each other? Because we all know the way he defended & took up to protect his buddy Silverman. He has also done the same thing towards LIEnette since the very beginning, I mean literally since day 1 in court. Good Job Jeremy! This is how independent journalism is supposed to work! The courts are full of "buddies" and "good ol boys" who practiced together, or held grudges against other attorneys when they got to the bench! Keep it up!!

You should do a FOIA request for any emails judge sent to Silverman regarding the case or asking him to represent her. Or any other discussion that might show his bias.

Jeremy, something I have been wondering after the 5000 times this "judge" repeated there was no objection from your council about the first date change, have you or your council pointed out to him the fact that there was no time to object in the 5 seconds he gave you all while you were discussing what to do?

Judge grudge asked for clarification about what dates Jeremy could or couldn't be there and why and when his lawyer turned around to talk to Jeremy about exactly that to get those answers the judge quickly adjourned the court while his back was turned. Then he complains constantly about the reason Jeremy couldn't be there having been misrepresented and the rescheduling motion not being objected to. If he would have just waited another 2 minutes he could have gotten clarification so he understood what was actually said and maybe heard an objection to the date suggested as well. It's all on tape. The constant wasting of time whining like a baby about the problems he himself caused.

That judge has a gain in this trial. That is the only reason he tries to walk around laws and constitutional rights. He has a personal interrest in this. At the same time he strikes me as mentallt instable.
