LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
During these times, Jeremy posted the court hearing videos to RUclips
AND then the court ordered Jeremy's Lawyer, Mark Feather to appear before the court on contempt charges

Someone need to contact the states attorney general and report these judges who clearly doesn’t understand the law.
Did anyone see Silverman’s paralegal texting on his phone. I thought phones weren’t allowed to be accessed while in court.

Thank God Atty Featherman explained it to the judge. This judge is an idiot if he doesn't understand the difference. Mind-blowing 🤯. IMO, Florida has a dumb judge problem. They need to be voted out. Get judges who have more than half a brain.
Maybe the judge should have done his homework and knew what the rule was before he put on that black robe and got up there and made a fool out of himself.

No confidential information was on the video and he is going to rule on this case and admits that he hasn’t even reviewed the videos himself.
It sounds like the entire court system in Florida uses broad thinking of terms rather than direct wording. This is the second judge who has turned higher court rulings into their own thinking rather than the written law ruling.

This judge is asking questions in a manner that implies attorney Feathers is quilty-boy, this doesn't a good look for the judicial system in Florida. But, what can one expect from a state shaped like a man's privates????? Be strong Jeremy.

I know I shouldn’t be shocked any more but I am. I am surprised that the judge did not look over the videos and see what difference there was. Since he is the “boss” to D. I would think that he would be able to see if there are crazy things happening or if things are happening properly. I mean that would be the thing to do before just saying guilty and not just see the papers in front of him. Look at the EVIDENCE.
Both of these judges should be permanently removed from the bench.

I have gotten many copies of court hearings and never once signed anything to get them. I got the disc and the receipt. That's it, after 10 years of getting cds of court hearings.
No wonder it takes so long to get before a judge they are named up with nonsensical rubbish like this. Where is the common sense 🤔

So the whole thing came down to "I make the decisions and I interpret it this way, so my interpretation is the only way to see it." If you focus on one sentence in a paragraph, then you're not going to understand what the paragraph says.

I see this continuing on to higher courts in the near future. These Levy county Judges are out of control. This is a scary situation for the citizens to have these judges interpreting the rules completely wrong. Pretty sure lienette won’t be able to fund this endeavor moving forward. Jeremy’s bill will be in the hundreds of thousands when this is said and done. Maybe even over a million for restitution. Can I put a donation bucket out at the next event?? 😅

Jeremy, you are so clear when you speak. I wish the court was as clear in their speech. The other thing I didn’t hear is the fact that you paid for the hearings which means if there was anything to be redacted the court would not have released the hearing tapes.

Court Info is Public Info and the cable TV channel Court TV even airs public court videos with an voice over explaining the court case. So this judge's logic would then get Court TV the Cable TV network in trouble.

Nobody on your side of the court room can catch a break. It's clear enough to understand the meanings and procedures of current situations being brought up to a judge who even says it would be fine to distribute the tapes as long as there's no confidential information being broadcasted. And yet they were public information no confidential information should have been thrown out. The judges there need to go back to school and learn the laws of the land. I would lick my wounds and move to another county. That one's way to messed up from town clerk, Mayor and the police now judges. Run, run far away

They seem to like to make rulings based on people being responsible for other people - aka you being responsible for ANYONE who takes video, Feathers for being responsible for others doing something with video he is allowed to give to his client. I'm losing my faith in the judicial process!

Man I will be driving down to that area in about a month and I WAS considering driving through the area, just to see this place that that I've been hearing about on your channel for so long. However, after seeing how incompetent the judicial system is in this place I don't know if I would ever risk driving through that county, There are way too many idiots in power in that county from what I can tell.

How can a judge rule on a case when he his self said he didn't go back and review the video his self and see no confidential Info was released
Seems simple to me, the court wants to control whether information that goes out to the public has been checked and properly redacted. Jumping past that step can have consequences.
Where is the Prosecutor? Where's the Jury? Confidential or Redacted? They are not the same thing. He said he had not compared them. If he has not compared the 2 versions, how does he know which one was given to Mr. Hale?
Ask the court to point at the confidential information that was shared. If the confidential information exists in the files provided, then guilty, and if it does not, then not guilty. Too freaking simple. Are these judges mentally deranged? Senile? Maybe. Stupid? Morons? Yes.
EDIT: Something smells down there in FL...Jeremy, FOIA request the videos and then compare what, if anything, has been removed.

This is what happens to people who hold too much power. They become tyrants. We need to change our laws to ensure everyone's being held accountable. This absolute immunity is not good when you have a corrupt official. I feel horrible watching the Hales' going thru this ridiculous situation. Please, hang in there...we're all watching and praying for you. Make sure you keep yourselves healthy. When times are rough it can take a real toll on your bodies. 🙏🙏
So the way this judge says is that if an attorneys paralegal gets the record they cant give it to the attorney.

I agree with you that no confidential information was disseminated so it’s interesting. What the judges ruling had to say in the end. But no damage was done, so I don’t think he should’ve imposed any fines or found the attorney guilty because redacted and unredacted are the exact same thing.

Just watching the judge shift and rearrange his papers every second just seems suspicious. He wouldn't be nervous and shifty if he was doing the right thing. My 2yr old has a better attention span!
