Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
This hearing in Ohio Court is from January 10th, 2024 in which LIEnette called the cops during her contempt of court hearing
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

The judge is amazing, she sticks to the point and presses ahead. She doesn't segway into lengthy unnecessary and costly lectures or worst yet, advising the defendant as if she were her attorney. I hope DeThomasis takes note and will apply them for future cases. He's compromised, either through the Meek's or someone they know. He should lose his bench.
Has anyone noticed her attitude seems to have changed between this hearing and the previous hearing? Since she was allowed to get away with he4 antics in the Florida courts. she seems brazen and angry and annoyed and isnt trying to hide it in this hearing vs her trying to be on her best behaviour in the other hearing. Shes argumentative with the judge in this hearing.... this proves all the Florida hearings have served to do is boost her sense of entitlement and exacerbated her behaviour! 🤦♀️ you have to wonder if silverman is regretting taking her on given her behaviour 😂 i know i would have been looking for an "out"if i was her defense lawyer! Lienette has learned how to get her own way by using every tactic in the conman's handbook (bullying, manipulating, coercing, threatening, etc., etc., etc.). She's used these techniques all of her life and has gotten away with it because most people don't have the stamina to withstand this type of onslaught. She'll just go on and on and on until her victims become exhausted by it and give up.
That's not happening this time and she's beyond frustrated. You can see it every time she's in the courtroom. She's met her match in Jeremy. He not only won't back down, but he comes back stronger and more powerful every time.
If this is the hill she chooses to expire on, then so be it...but her days of hurting other people the way she has her whole life are finally over.
You can’t make this stuff up. Who makes a phone call in the middle of court? I would NOT want circus music as my alarm to remind me to take my medicine…that’s just me. 🤡 This judge has the patience of Job even though you can hear her taking deep breaths because somebody has zero courtroom decorum. Other judges could learn a lot from the way she conducts business. Paper puppets was a genius idea. Slowly becoming my favorite form of theatre. Like grown up Mr. Rogers…but without singing the “won’t you be my neighbor” song.
