Corruption, coverup and inappropriate behavior has been shown to be the "normal" for Otter Creek employees
To the point of the local police raiding town hall
Then former Mayor, Russ The Suss, attempts to take over the town but he fails miserably

I thought my mom’s job of undoing the mess of her older brother’s financial affairs was nuts. She was an accountant by trade for decades. If she had to untangle Otter Creek’s finances I think she would have burned out quick with the forensic accounting.

I am almost 70 years old and still working as a Sustem and Network Engineer. It amazes me how ignorant the general population is about technology and how uninterested they are about learning. The younger peopele just as ignorant as the other generations. They just have decided to quit learning. This is what has appeared in Otter Creek. I used to live in that area. Williston, Fort White and Lake City. I understand the culture in that area of the state!
