Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
This is the 2nd part of the hearing in Ohio Court from January 10th, 2024 in which LIEnette called the cops during her contempt of court hearing
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

Miss Preston is darn lucky that this judge has not held her in contempt of court
I find it easier to count her teeth than her lies.
Lie-net has no idea how much she’s pissing off this judge. How can she not understand she keeps making it worse every time she ignores what the judge says? What a fool. This is an example of why you don’t go to court without an attorney!!
Oh this poor judge. She sounds exhausted when she HAS to ask Lienette a question! You can hear her take a deep breath before she asks the question. She KNOWS she going to have to dance around her babbling to get the answer she wants and not the dialog she's about to get. Do judges get exhaustion pay?
My retirement job (after 3 decades in hospitals) as an RN was in public health. Lienette reminds me of many patients I cared for who were younger than me, but looked 10-25 years older than me(or my wife). The common denominator for those patients was use of cigarettes, drinking and drugs for far too many years.
It is so hard to sit and listen to her gibberish and ignorance and yet I can’t stop watching this.
The judge is a class act.She is great.
It drives me crazy that she’s been yepping and yepping. I would not have that much patience with her and her constantly lying.

Even after this court appearance she is in a huge parking lot that was mostly empty (The Sherrie’s department) and there in the distance is Jeremy’s vehicle, and who parks right next to Jeremy’s vehicle….Thats correct, Lienette. Sheriffs response “I will ask her to leave”? How many times are these Sheriff’s going to ignore the law set in place for her to adhere to? Arrest her!

This batcrap crazy woman talks through and over the Ohio judge as well, and I know the Ohio judge was trying to keep on her but LP has zero consideration for anyone. She thinks everything revolves around her and the 39 personalities she has. God Bless the Judge because had it been me, after not listening or ignoring what I said three times, I would have disconnected her zoom and would not have given her the option to appear on zoom again. I truly feel for the little girl having to listen to that voice day in and out as well as having someone so ignorant being the role model in her life. She doesn't know what the law is, how it works, or what her consequences are going to be for all the lies she habitually tells. The bad thing about lies is, that you have to remember all the lies you tell, so that your future lies don't contradict the lies that you've already told.
