Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK

I have a niece with a metabolic disorder, Phenylketonuria, where she cannot digest dietary proteins. She has to drink a special prescription “formula” that costs thousands of dollars monthly just to survive. It’s not the same diagnosis as HGP, but I do understand this type of disorder. My niece is now 26! A married mom, working and finishing her college degree. Happy, healthy, independent, and thriving. We never ever treated her as sickly or “different.” She just has different dietary needs (no protein!) takes medications, and drinks her “shakes” with her meals.

Question: Are they bringing a CPS person there to receive the child upon their arrest. We all know that the little girl will be locked in the car if John is there. We also all know that apparently John is not able to change her diaper (Per Court Circus).
I’ll be glad when this is all over and we can get back to treasure hunting and coin pushing.

I'm not a lawyer.
My understanding of the law, is that judges have immunity as long as they are making rulings based on law. You would have to show that their ruling would apply to two different litigants under similar circumstances vs how you were treated. IF you can show that another litigant was treated in an entirely different manner than you have been treated when the legal circumstance is the same...then you have grounds for a lawsuit against the judge presiding over both of those cases. You have to be able to show bias.

You can petition the state of Florida on your behalf to revoke his judicial immunity for some of his actions I would talk to a civil rights attorney first see if there is a case because judges can lose their judicial immunity. I have seen it a few times, but like I said, I don’t know if what he has done is bad enough to meet those standards yet. I’ll leave that to the professionals, there’s definitely a lot of misconduct, but.

Since Judge Grudge presided over Silverscam’s divorce and sealed the record maybe they are just a match made in… somewhere.😳 To me records that have to be sealed usually means either an anonymous victim who must be protected or they are hiding just how horribly they treated the other party and if people really knew it would ruin their reputation, even if it wasn’t technically illegal.
I would also make debiasis pay for your leagl fees since hes the main reason it has gotten to this point

Jeremy, you most definitely can sue the judge for violating Title 18USC§242, which would potentially strip the qualified immunity. It is an 18USC§1983 filing. Potential jail and fines for Judge Grudge if they deem qualified immunity removed for the violations. Violations of 1st, 2nd & 4th ammd violations.
