Chicken and Chickpea Curry Recipe | Easy Recipe

Quick and easy chicken and chickpea curry is super delicious and healthy curry recipe that goes really well with naan or your favourite rice. This one pan dish can be prepared in less than 30 mins. Ingredients
▢250 g Chicken breast
▢1 Chickpea tin
▢3-4 Shallot Asian shallot
▢3 cloves Garlic
▢1 tbsp Ginger paste Or finely grated
▢2 Tomatoes
▢2 tsp Tomato puree
▢200 ml Coconut milk Full fat
▢250 ml Water
▢3-4 Green Chilli
▢handful Coriander roughly chopped
▢1½ tsp Salt
▢1 tsp Chicken powde
▢2-3 tbsp Oil
Spices
▢1 tbsp Curry powder
▢1 tsp Turmeric
▢1 tsp Paprika powder or chilli powder
▢½ tsp Cumin seeds Zeera/Jeera seeds
▢2-3 Bay leaves
▢½ tsp Garam Masala
