Winter Spice Jam

Cranberry season is coming to an end, so I'm taking advantage of the last few weeks that cranberries will be available at my grocery store. Today I'm making a Winter Spice Jam (also called Amish Christmas jam and Winter's Delight Jam), which is a cranberry-orange jam with cinnamon and cloves. I'll be swapping honey for sugar, using Pamona's Universal Pectin to continue stocking my shelves with no-sugar jams.
Winter Spice Jam Recipe:

A micro planer works a lot better for zesting and a lot easier to use. The jam looks great. 🌻
