So true!!! 🤔 that’s me. My mum has high blood pressure and never exercises. She has accepted the public health verdict. So sad 😞 I was in hospital for a polyp and saw 2 diabetics who were so sick. The food they give them! These 2 women were different ages and passively waiting, huffing and puffing and depressed. It shocked me to see humans in such a mess with their health caused by food.23 hrs fasting. I m doing this to recover from the surgery. Exactly what happened to me with Doctor as I had bleeding. I went back 7 months later as I got fibroids and a polyp - estrogen!!! Then I had to have surgery- no advice at all re my hormone imbalance. The hospital caused me stress. Now I have the swollen belly back :( I will change this from your videos.

@@themovingdance2744 honestly following his channel has changed my life. It has also opened my eyes to the health/ medical industry. I really hope you can stick with fasting and - if not proper keto then at least dirty keto - that’s what I do because sometimes it’s really expensive to eat properly, even if it’s just once a day! I wish you nothing but health and happiness 😊🇳🇿💪

It's not for those who can't afford a doctor. It's fir everyone so as they stay away from doctors. Most doctors hurt us in the long run. Their intensions don't matter. Their lack of knowledge, refusal to learn outside standard materia medica are what matter.

    • @EagleArrow

He is wonderful and doing good for society.
Actually how general doctors used to be. Most people in general knew a lot of natural remedies, eating properly and nutrition used to be taught in high schools pre 1960s.
An agenda to dumb us down and get us to rely on big pharma for everything. Eat processed foods and bad stuff in our foods to get us on pharma. We used to know about natural foods and natural cures.
Chiropracters today are the good general docs of the past. They are taught about minerals, vitamins, foods and nutrition.
Most today see internal medical docs which don't get taught much about nutrition in medical school as it is about big pharma. Chiropracters actually learn about everything & nutrition.
I've watched it change in my lifetime. But many are going back to naturals and better eating to avoid illness problems later on. Which is good. People need to be responsible too for their choices.

Same impression. And someone who ACTUALLY cares about the purpose of his profession most have forgotten about!! AND he helps understand functional foods and supplement options to recreate the body's homeostasis via resolving nutrient deficiencies. I only just started researching hormone balancing after a hormone panel at a metabolic clinic I asked to be referred to revealed deficiencies I (and many GPs I had visited) had not been aware of, to counteract my ADHD symptoms (which had appeared like memory issue I DON'T have) -- and started losing weight that hadn't budged in years! I was surprised that Dr. Berg didn't mention caffeine's effects on the adrenals. I was a hardcore coffee drinker for 30 years. I barely drank anything else, and I completely destroyed my adrenals. @@SOUL-wv7by I weaned myself off slowly. I consumed enormous amounts of caffeine, so I began by gradually reducing over a couple of weeks. Sometimes I would substitute seltzer water for a cup of coffee, or make a cup of decaf. After about 2 weeks, I was down to one cup of caffeine in the morning. After a week of that, I went to half caff in the morning. Then entirely decaf, if any coffee at all. If you do it gradually, your withdrawal symptoms should be mild to non-existant. However, if you do have a headache, take an Excedrin. The small amount of caffeine in Excedrin will cure the headache, but it isn't enough to keep you addicted, and after a couple of days, you won't need it anymore.

@@SOUL-wv7by hi! Here’s what I do when I want to get off of coffee and caffeine: go to the dollar store or pharmacy and get caffeine pills. Begin taking those instead of drinking coffee. After getting the taste for coffee out of your heart and mind (haha) begin to taper down by cutting 1/4 of the pill off, then after a week only do 1/2 pill, etc etc until you no longer feel the need for coffee. This works without dealing with terrible withdrawal symptoms. I hope this helps! Also, Walmart or a pharmacy sells a powder called “Goodys” next to the aspirins and Tylenol, and this works for the withdrawal headaches but be careful there’s a tiny bit of caffeine in them but it will take that headache away!

If your food is not organic it is not the same food. It does not do the same things nor does it have the same nutrients per dollar. Yes you 're an Adrenal body type ( hormonal unbalance not a weight problem)! You need to have a whole strategy to correct this problem by focusing in Stress Management ( lowering chronic Cortisol hormone), a specific oriented dietary program ( keto or low carb diet & intermittent fasting) and a specialized exercising program for your body type. The aim of this strategy is to optimized time and effort to have a healthy body!
If you 're interested, I can share all what I mentioned above or you can look for an Endocrinologist !

Everything he’s saying hits home! I used to suffer from very frequent and strong headaches until I realized that the problem was that I was drinking too much purified water. Initially, when I started having these headaches, people told me that I probably needed to drink water, and when I would drink more water, it would only get worse. It wasn’t until I was in nursing school 4 years ago that I realized that I was throwing off my electrolyte balance. As soon as I started salting my food more and adding electrolytes to my water, my headaches went away.
Also, it made me realize that that was why I always felt terrible as soon as I started a workout regimen. I sweat a lot, and since you lose electrolytes through your sweat I was only dehydrating myself with plain filtered water and no added electrolytes.
Sometimes I just put some pink Himalayan salt in a spoon and lick it and boy, does that help. Now I really salt my food, my mother-in-law gets anxious seeing me eat as much salt as I do and keeps saying I will get high blood pressure like her. However, I also suffer from orthostatic hypotension, and since I started consuming more salt that has majorly improved as well.
I wish I would have seen this video when it first came out. It would have saved me two years of headaches.

I really get a lot out of your videos. Thank you

I was on a low carb plan. They had me drinking 12 to 16 8 oz cups of water every day. I did this for 6 months. Yes I lost 72 pounds but now I have severe leg cramps in my upper thighs. This 10 years later and still a problem. I take 4 servings of Dr Berg electrolytes and now able to sleep. My legs hold are mostly swollen and show indentations when I do the thumb test. Painful to travel excessive distances due to the swelling. How do I cure this situation?
