So as a weapons system for serious use it's harder and harder to justify a submachine gun. So for me the role of the 9mm is in pistols that I can CCW; if the "pistol" is going to be nearly as big as a rifle I'll just use an actual rifle. Great comparison video! No shit its more fun, you're shooting a 9mm vs 556. I have a mk18 mod 0 clone and my buddy has a mk18 block 2. Both guns suck dick shooting suppressed even with a PRI CH. It sounds like you have some kind of revelation here saying the B&T is better shooting suppressed than a Di gun! No shit! Shoot a scorpion suppressed, no gas in your face it's a dream! Lets be real, a better comparison between these two would be more like a GT350 mustang vs a porsche 911 turbo. I'm pretty sure the pricing difference is spot on with that one. So go suck a fat one
Do you think it's possible to give your information for your channel to your local gun stores to educate first time buyers and grow your channel and possibly help the gun stores sell more product
GHM is so much better to shoot. Hydraulic buffer makes for significantly faster followup shots on timer when compared to scorpion. 9mm blowback just sucks unless there is a hydraulic buffer to eat up some of that thump.
Thats like saying the M134 mini gun is in direct competition with the M240. The price of the GHM9 in your configuration is over twice the cost of the CZ. That is not in competition. A direct competition would be a Sig P320 with a Glock 17 or 19. And that "arm brace" on the GHM9....$600 bucks. That is one of the biggest rip offs I have ever seen. This is like comparing a Ferrari to Dodge Charger. Only someone who can't afford a Ferrari would say the Charger is better. Sorry folks, I've shot both and the feel and recoil response of a suppressed GHM9 is just marvelous. I have an MK18 SBR and shooting the GHM9 is alot more fun.....I know this is hersey to say but I have to be honest.
Great review thanks.
Not even comparable, the B&T is better in every way
Both of those should be made to hold a spare mag in the grip.
The winner is...
The Extar EP9 - made in Yuma, AZ includes stock for $420
I would have never heard of the extar if not for you lol. Just bought my scorp today tho lmao
@@Techno_Gecko - congrats!! Would love one!! I've still got to get a 10mm before I work on picking up a sub, but the Scorpion is awesome 👍
Yep. 5 of those is way better than 1 B&T
les 2 sont excellents, je les ai testés
, c'est plus qu'une question d’esthétique
Merci !
To me, the scorpion is the best bang for the buck
Do you think it's possible to give your information for your channel to your local gun stores to educate first time buyers and grow your channel and possibly help the gun stores sell more product
So Cris, You have a shop? do you have any of the CZ's in stock now? Let me know I would probably have you send me one to my FFL guy.
I get to slap the bolt home with the CZ, so I had to go with it.
GHM is so much better to shoot. Hydraulic buffer makes for significantly faster followup shots on timer when compared to scorpion. 9mm blowback just sucks unless there is a hydraulic buffer to eat up some of that thump.
The ghm9 is definitely overpriced. If it were the same cost of the evo, then I might consider it. Great video!
All that said I would still rather have the GHM9. The CZ looks like a brick with a butt stock.
Nice scorpion have the s2 coming
How does the cz compare to the angstad 9mm?
2 grand for a 9mm subgun? Yeah i dont think so
The brace mechanism is what makes it so expensive. Mine was no where near that much.
James T Kirk you hit the key word(in my opinion)9-millimeter.
Actually the best brace for the Scorpion is the KES Telescopic brace which comes with the tail hook and its only $350.This in and of its self is better than the GHM9.Look it up you'll see.I'd wish people would do some more research.350+700=$1050 vs 1300+600=$1900-2000...now you tell me which is better.
www.safetyharborfirearms.com/products/kes-kompact-entry-stock/product/77-cz-scorpion-evo-3-kes
James T Kirk have you ever shot a b&t...or better yet a b&t SUPPRESSED??? Bro they are like none other (in my honest opinion). Call me a b&t fanboy but i love b&t products. They run smooth and they run good. You can run em hard and they dont quit. I actually like them better than h&k. That should say alot. And if you get the chance to fire one in full auto...i think you may be sold. Theres tons of expensive rigs out there that the prices can be redic for sure. But when you take it out to the range, youl know where that loot went
James T Kirk but they look so cool
B&T is much better....APC9 👌🏻
It’s like comparing a Honda Civic to BMW 3 series.... goes without saying...
@5:26 tri-lug, not tri-rail
In CZ forward assist is possible?
You lost me at 2000 dollars.
Yeah might as well buy an MP5 clone.
@Chris Landry Nobody said the cheaper ones are better, but maybe that they don't see $2000 for a sub gun.
@Chris Landry why are you such a fucking idiot?
The Scorpion is the more economical option, but the quality on the GHM9 can't be beaten.
I just love the look of the scorpion, it’s unique and doesn’t just look like a small semi retarded ar...
is this the ghm9 gen 1 or gen 2?
Looks like comparing apples and oranges
Weight differences?
or ...you could buy 4 stribog sp9 pistols for $2000..
or 5 extar ep 9 pistols
Mine was 1100 as is plus stuff I added to it
In the future, you had to add 4 to $500 to purchase
I tried to ghost both trigger pulls with you and got cancer...
haha
@@MarksmanTV at least show the reset pull... I felt left hanging man
I've shot both. Bought the CZ. Not because it's cheaper, but because it's a better gun. Longer barrel, non reciprocating charging handle, ease of takedown, metal sights, etc. The only complaint I had was the grip angle and that can be fixed for $40-$60. CZ is just better.
The fact that B&T didn’t design this for Glock mag use is a big negative.
Except they literally did. There’s Glock mag lower versions too.
@@sethrich5998 there weren't at first. But B&T started partnering with different companies. Same with the braces. B&T also originally had issues feeding hollowpoints (as they are illegal in Switzerland). But they listen to their customers and fix the issues.
Does the sb tactical brace work on the b&t?
Jay thepainter there are adapters for it. I run a franklin armory trigger in mine and I bought the adapter and rocked the sb brace till I could afford the tail hook
Literally not even close. These are NOT in anyway shape or form in the same ballpark. The GHM9 eats that pos scorpion alive. It's full ambi, more stock and brace options, Sling, the Gen 2 can swap pistol grip, you can change out barrels and Handguard with ease, you have options of mlok and picatinny as well. The charging handle can be switched to the other side per preference. The quality of work, fit and finish of the GHM is leaps and bounds over the scorpion. I own both and believe when I tell you, the GHM lives up to the hype and it's name. It eats the absolute hell out of the scorpion.
Dont shoot them, that would be crazy.
Cz is one of if not my favorite firearms but...
That scorpion looks hideous and the shape drives me crazy.
Eh, I've seen worse..
Just found a barely used scorpion in a 16inch barrel rifle form for 600 dollars.#winning
B&T is superior in every way
No comparison Purdy color tho
2k? I already have a scorpion. if i was spending 2k, id go with a ptr 9ct mp5 clone. also, tailhooks are expensive; but not $600... is it that price for the b & t specifically? I have a tail hook on an AR pistol, it cost $250. not hatin on b & t, their history is incredible, especially in the suppressor game (, b & t actually developed the osprey design in the 70s); but their guns are way overpriced...
You dont have to go with this 600 dollar price. Being more realist, you're looking at a $1400-1500 braced gun.
One is designed by teacher, another by student. Less is more.
Cz are the better guns in world for me cz have the best steel for guns.
Yeah the cz is the better option, cz has always kept their prices fair. I'd take a cz, stribog, or sig over b&t.
for 2 g i'd rather just get a MPX
Mpx is gassy as shit it you're going suppressed
@@williamw9120 if I was going suppressed i'd just get a CZ Scorpion
edward shields I have Both and I love both but the B&T dominates the Scorpion by far. And is so much more reliable but I love my Scorpion as well to tell you the truth I have the strbog too there all great but the B&t just tops over both
@@ashleyogden291 Reliable? How so? All the long term reviews show that both have few if any issues... do you mean reliable like a prada or a gucci, aka a luxury brand that has duped people into thinking that it must be the best if it costs so much? Get a grip.
Screw it...Buy a Stribog.
B&T comes with a stupid case that you can’t even put the gun in it
These are in the gadget category. The MPX is the pro version. And it's cheaper than the B&T. Not to mention ease of changing barrels, AR compatible parts, and the lowest felt recoil since MP5. Get the MPX.
Lmfao... Glock 21 is a fine weapon as well but are you going to compare it to an HK mk23. I own multiple B&Ts a CZ among others... Pistol for pistol.. B&T can be found for 1200, cz runs 800avg...there is no comparison. You can work a Honda all you want it'll never be a vette or Porsche, your Timex will never be a Rolex... If it's the money your worried about then you should by a tech 9!!
I sold my hk and kept my Glock so
You find it hilarious to compare these two weapons? Just bought the new scorpion micro for $1200 after tax and after $140 in remodding the grip and shitty (stock) controls the gun is unreal. High quality, ergonomic, proven and pretty cool looking. Elite turds like you can go light your money on fire while I outshoot your ass. People call BMW and Mercedes fine cars until you wait a few years and they turn into piles of shit.
CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1
O.K.O.K. Rolex vs. Plastic...your choice...
The scorpion is butt ugly the ghm9 craps all over the cz .
La souris et plus compétent , sa a l'aire moi je préfère la souris
