❇️ STEPS TO PREPARE SALINE SOLUTION:
    1. Pour 4 cups (1L) of water into a pot.
    2. Add 2 teaspoons of table salt.
    3. Bring the solution to a boil.
    4. Mix the solution until the salt is dissolved. Allow the solution to cool.
    5. Pour the cooled saline solution into a jar and cover with a lid.
The solution can be stored on the counter at room temperature. You can keep it for a maximum of 2 days.
    ❇️ SALINE SOAK STEPS:
    1. Wash your hands
    2. Place a facecloth in a bowl.
    3. Pour the saline solution in the bowl - enough to wet the cloth.
    4. Gently squeeze the cloth to wring out extra liquid.
    5. Place cloth over the the affected area. Leave it there for 5-10 min.
    6. When you’re done remove the cloth.
    7. Repeat these steps on the affected areas. Wash your hands and use a new cloth and bowl each time.
    8. Let your skin air-dry 1 to 2 minutes then you can apply cream to the areas where the skin isn’t open or moist.
This routine can be done several times a day.
    ⭐️ Front Closure Bra that I'm wearing - amzn.to/3oLdKnC
This isn't a specially designed mastectomy bra but it worked well when I wore it after my double mastectomy and breast reconstruction surgery. I have it in grey, black and cream colour.

That would be uncomfortable. I had a skin-sparing mastectomy so didn’t have that issue. Hope the saline soaks helps!
