Thank you so much for doing these videos! I'm 8 years out and have been to PT twice for shoulder and lymphedema issues. Your videos on stretching and radiation fibrosis have my arm and shoulder moving and feeling better than PT ever did! Thank you!

Amazing!! Good for you for continuing to be so diligent with rehab so far out from surgery. So many of these side effects are stubborn so a consitent effort really does pay off over time.

Thank you for covering this topic! So far I have not experienced this except when the mastectomy drain was clogged right after surgery (okay once I cleared it). I find that movement and eating healthy food is helping me a lot so far. Also minimizing excessive salt intake.

Thanks for explaining it so clearly. I'm looking forward to your video about the strategies you tried. I suppose this condition is more stubborn than cording.. It took several months for you to see the results which tells me it won't be easy, but I'll try anyway.
My symptoms surprised me quite a bit: arm and side started swelling literally 2 days after auxillery clearance and expander removal surgery. I think I set some sort of record;)

I actually found cording to be just as stubborn as lymphedema. You may have had some post-surgical swelling along with the lymphedema initially after surgery. One of the lymphedema videos coming up is a self-lymphatic massage…this is a good place to start.
