Thanks for this! I like your exercises this is something for me.
Could you do video about exercises for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia.
I’m only 37, unfortunately I have to take AI (exemestane) . This drug, after 6 months of treatment, given me osteopenia in my spine😢 I’m on calcium and vitamin D supplements and it happened… my bones and joints are so aching I have to take it 3-5 years…
Some exercises to support, strength the spine. Please 👍🏻

That’s got to be frustrating when the osteopenia happened so quickly once you started taking the meds. Great idea for a future video topic - thanks! Not sure how much you’re doing already but adding strength training into your routine will give you the most bang for your buck in terms of timing (weights for upper and lower body, resistance bands, body-weight exercises, etc). You could also do rucking (walking with a weighted backpack), which is one of my favourite things to do.

    Does wearing a wireless bra
    stops lymph from moving

Any bras, whether they’re wired or wireless can reduce lymph from flowing. The idea with a wireless bra is that it doesn’t leave an indentation in/under the breast area with lymphedema like a wired bra can. Because sensation is significantly reduced after surgery you can’t actually feel the pressure/indentation from the wire when this happens.

Is it possible to have shoulder pain years after radiation? In the last 6 months I’ve had significant shoulder pain. My radiation was in 2021

@patwyatt7776 Yes it’s possible. I had radiation in 2021 as well and my shoulder still feels different than the other side (although I’ve seen a lot of improvement over that time with consistent treatment and rehab).
